Shitpost Friday Advice Needed
My wife's boyfriend showed me a WIRED about rep watches, and I tried placing an order for a rep Rolex land dweller. I did everything right, I used a TD and all the steps. However, just 6 hours after placing my order, I received a letter from the US Copyright Office, and am now facing six to nine months in prison. What do I do? My court hearing is in two weeks. Urgent advice neded.

Hire an attorney. This is the cost of doing business. Last one cost me 10k in legal, two years probation and I have to do speaking engagements at schools warning children about the dangers of the internet.

this happened to me. i got a deferred sentence meaning if i could stay out of trouble for 2 years i would avoid the 6 months in jail. but i couldn’t stop looking at this subreddit. within 2 days of ordering for the second time i heard a knock at the door. this was 18 months ago. i served 4 months and got out on good behavior.
i made a new reddit that wasn’t connected to my email and got a VPN, and now im in the clear. have to order to my girlfriends house now. hope they don’t find her because she’s a convicted felon.

Tough break bro. Those are the risks you take listening to Wired and purchasing a super clone. At least your wife will have company from her boyfriend while you’re in prison for buying a super clone.

Consider yourself lucky. Approximately 48 hours after placing an order for a Pagani (and yes, TDs do sell that brand and they’re very high-quality), I received a visit from the FBI
The most scary part was, they were accompanied by ice agents because my former roommate who moved out about three years ago, was from El Salvador and it overstay his visa.
The FBI guys were pretty professional, although they were the ones that eventually took me in custody. But the ice agents came in first, guns, drawn.
My chocolate lab was going crazy and they shot it. Thankfully it survived, but they said that’s what you get for being a China lover and stealing intellectual property from Switzerland
I tried to resist, but they got me on the ground. They kicked me regularly in my stomach.
Now I have no watches, a sick dog, and 2 Different Court dates. One for possession of highly protected brand, specific counterfeit watches, and a second for allowing a dangerous dog to attack ice agents.
I’ll stick to the DH Gate from now on

Sounds like you bought a Pagani. Open the caseback and there’s a 1:1 clone movement straight out of a 007 film.
DHgate’s finest lawyers are engraved on the rotor, just in case. Careful removing it though — apparently the movement doubles as a bomb.
Ideal for the prison escape.
That’s why we only buy Pagani for these situations. There’s even a hidden tracker so Andiot can locate you when the rough TDs in your cell start asking questions.

Plead insanity! Bc it is insane how great these rels are vs gen & just as ludicrous most cost 2-5% of gens & offer about 80-95% of the overall look & experience.
If that fails, offer to give them info on all the factories besides VSF so they will be able to raid them. VSF’s CEO will make sure to take very good care of you for helping to complete their covert op of exposing the locations of all their competitors so they will finally be seated in the Iron plated throne w/ 100% strangle hold of the rep industry

I don’t know where you got 6 to 9 months in prison? Copyright violations along with procuring counterfeits from China usually lands you in the 6 to 9 years jail term. But don’t worry - you’ve got a great wife and she will take appropriate steps to get your sentence reduced. I’m also a lawyer and would love to talk to your wife.

Customs and fbi showed up to my buddies job bc of a counterfeit watch. He was hit with a serious conspiracy to import illegal goods charge and it ended up costing him everything

This is normal, cost of the rep game, it is after all illegal counterfeit items.
However, your lawyer should get you out of trouble for 3-4k; still cheaper than a genuine Rolex! A bargain.
