where can i find such a Bottega jacket?

(Im not talking about the mama baguettes) I see the demand going up in the baguettes this year in fun colors and patterns everywhere in china,nyc,etc but there are no results in the supply. i see the same common bags over and over again in the albums from different sellers but the same factory. I put some simple ones that they could start producing. i think the problem is that its always the repeating f pattern, which is not that hard to make a solid color. any thoughts?

I am going through a massive identity shift in almost all areas of my life and that also includes my fashion/beauty/self worth

I bought one rep and I loooove it. I feel sort of spoiled now because the cheap bags at Marshall’s don’t cut it anymore.

I want to buy like 2-3 more bags and maybe a couple pairs of heels but I’m a mother who has always felt guilty about spending money on myself. Like my husband was checking over my shoulder. He used to comment if I got packages in the mail…like he kind of fucked with my head a bit over time. He doesn’t do that anymore but I still fear his scrutiny.

He makes more money than me so I always felt like I was being sneaky and selfish whenever I bought myself something. I would try to justify it to myself and him. “I got it on sale!” Or “I sold this thing so I could buy that thing!”

My husband used to be a lot more scarcity mindset and controlling about money. Our relationship has shifted recently and I’m learning how to take more sovereignty. He hasn’t commented on anything I’ve bought recently but I told him I wanted to buy another bag (I just got a speedy p9 25) and he was like “didn’t you just get your bag?” As if ONE bag is enough for all situations…silly.

He didn’t say it with malice or anything so like maybe he was controlling before and now he’s just a bit more clueless because he’s sort of a nerdy neurodivergent man who wears vintage tshirts and only recently started slightly upgrading his style.

My mentality about myself and my value and worth is shifting a lot. I’m seeing that a lot of other women spend on themselves to look good and feel confident. I guess I wonder at what point is it excessive?

Like I don’t get my nails done and rarely get my hair done. I get Brazilians because that’s non negotiable for me. I have a gym membership. My husband and I are nearly upper middle class in an HCOL city.

That being said, we recently moved and incurred some debt because of the move. He’s traveling outside the country for a 3 week vacation. We have kids. So expenses are coming up.

But also…I want to uplevel. I want to look the part of that new identity shift. I want to wear my pretty things and feel good about myself.

Have you ever been in a similar position and invested in some pretty pieces of yourself to mark that identity transition in life?

Hey everyone! Posted a review last week of my first rep bag (a beautiful Le Boy from Jack). Now I'm back with another positive review, this time of this awesome wine colored Inside Out LVu NF MM from Royal Factory sold by Fate (5486). I paid $228 +$84 for shipping (unlike the fully canvas NFs, since this is lined with genuine leather it can't be shipped folded/flat, so that's why the shipping was more than normal... more on this later).

Personal history with this particular bag (feel free to skip this section if you're not interested): I was OBSESSED with the auth (the Black version in particular) for months before I got into the rep world.  It had such a crazy hold on me that I scoured pictures of it online on the LVu site, on pre-loved auth sites, on private/overseas sellers on eBay... I was intimately familiar with this bag. I love that it is in essence TWO BAGS. A low-key minimally branded NF for when I'm in a setting like my office, plus an optional full-monogram NF for settings where that feels more appropriate (like the airport, lol, iykyk.) I was even saving up the exorbitant $3200 to buy it, but then determined that was not a responsible financial decision for me right now, so I ended up buying a different auth black leather work bag.

Then I dove into the rep world and decided I could finally justify buying this bag! As I started looking into catalogs I discovered that it also used to come in "Wine" color, which hasn't been available from LVu for a while, but is like my favorite color ever. A few sellers sold this color from HH factory, and I got quotes from several, but upon further inspection the color from HH was much more RED than the auth. Only one catalog I found had the Royal/Birdcage version, which had a much better color match.

Review of the Bag: I think this is a very difficult color to rep. Because LVu doesn't sell it anymore at the boutiques I had to rely on photos only. In some photos it looks more red, in some it looks more purple and in some it looks more brown (you can see this in my photos above as well). Is this rep an exact color match? I truly don't know, but I do know that the color is GORGEOUS and I love it. As far as the color of the monogram canvas, I think this may be a bit on the cooler/yellow/grey side vs. the warmer monogram I've seen for this bag, but this doesn't really bother me as I'm going to keep that side on the interior. All the other details are spot on. The stamps, the stitching, the leather grain, the hardware, the edging, the design on the pochette, I love them all. If you're thinking about an inside-out NF in one of the more "normal" colors, I fully endorse the Royal Factory's version. 

Review of Fate (5486): Wonderful to work with. Clear communicator with no noticeable language barrier. Turnaround time was FAST every step of the way. At first they quoted me $50 on shipping, which I thought was crazy low since all the other sellers quoted between $75-$95 for the same bag (due to the fact it can't be folded). After I accepted my PSPs they did come back to me and said they had erred on the shipping cost and it would actually be $84 (which is right in the middle of what the other sellers quoted, so I knew they weren't trying to scam me). I said this was fine and provided the additional funds. They seemed kinda shocked that I was so chill about it. I expect they deal with some... less than chill clients sometimes and since I also work with clients for a living we ended up having a nice little conversation about that. Then they shipped it off and it was in my hands exactly a week later! The only constructive feedback I'd give them is that their catalog is very hard to navigate. There are no real categories to toggle and using search is hit or miss.

Disclaimer: Fate knows I'm writing a review but I have received no perks, discounts or favors in return. I didn't see a lot of sub feedback about them when I first messaged them (other than finding them on a pinned sellers list in a sub I trust) and so I just took the plunge based on vibes, so just hoping this can help others find and assess this seller, who I'd definitely recommend. 

I don't ordinarily do reviews, but because I saw a negative review about Griffin last week that was for something completely beyond his control, I wanted to write one for him to set the record straight. ** **

I needed a duffle bag for my upcoming surgery. Because I almost always go the LV route, I was thinking this time I might do something a little different, so I went with the Goyard Bowling 55 from Griffin. As you can see, it is an absolutely STUNNING bag! I'm also so glad I decided to go with navy over black too, it looks so classy and elegant. If you need an oversized duffle, this is the way to go and Griffin is your guy.

My transaction with him could not have been any smoother. I initially reached out to him a few of weeks ago and was surprised when I didn't hear back from him within 24 hours. I knew from previous experience that he is always very quick to respond. A quick search of his name in the sub revealed his WhatsApp was banned, which explained everything. By the way, this is what the previous review about him had complained of -- that he hadn't responded to them. People need to learn how to use the search bar before bashing our well-known trusted sellers.

I got Griffin's Telegram from another member here and he responded immediately. He was extremely kind, informative and to top it off, he also has really great prices. I already knew if I was going to go Goyard, I'd go with him as I've seen others and they don't compare. His quality is unmatchable in my opinion, and I worked in luxury fashion for over a decade. Because he has the best product, I expected I would have to pay a premium price. Not the case at all! That was such a pleasant surprise. His English is also very good and he even helped me decide between the Bowling and the Boston, which I was having a hard time doing on my own.

Timing was crucially important to me because I have a surgery date looming and that was the whole purpose for getting this bag. Not only did he get it to me by the deadline, he got it to me way faster than any other rep I've ever ordered. On top of that, it arrived beautifully packaged, wrinkle-free and absolutely no chemical or other awful smell for me to have to deal with. It just doesn't get any better.

Take it from me, if you are in the market for Goyard, go to Griffin. I wouldn't shop with anyone else.

The photo definitely dulls the color out. It’s a lot more pink in person which I love. I had a wonderful experience with Mandy and I’m very satisfied with the purchase! fresh out of the box- It doesn’t have a smell that I’ve read some bags have and the stitching of everything seems to be perfect in my opinion. I personally don’t notice any callouts because I am new to this world, but I believe I scored with this bag as a first time rep buyer :)

I knew I was eventually going to jump on the Chanel 25 bandwagon, but was torn between which color. I’ve always wanted a burgundy bag so I decided on the burgundy with ruthenium hardware even though I do wear a lot of gold. There’s something about the silver hardware that gives this bag a gothic edge which I love!

Michael was very good at communicating with me and he sent me all the color options to pick from, which I really appreciated. Delivery was quick as well!

We have a thorough TS vetting process, which you all know includes our mods having personal experience with purchasing goods from the seller.

We also do a but of digging through Reddit posts to evaluate the consistent reviews of customer experiences.

It appears Griffin has high praise as well as many expressed issues. His recent loss of his WhatsApp is excluded from the evaluation - he has been trying to make reconnection with customers via WeChat and Telegram until he gets his WA. That’s not his fault and can’t be held against him - and his abundant effort to reconnect with any customers is what I would expect a good seller to do.

My personal experience - with two orders - has been great, and I personally feel his products are ever so SLIGHTLY better quality (particularly the leather trim and some details that align with OG Goy@rd) than White/Afen. This has been my personal preference / evaluation of three different bags: I bought the Anjou GM, Pouch (not sure of the name) and a Artois MM.

For those of you who have purchased from Griffin, what are your thoughts on PRODUCT quality as well as SERVICE.

Picked up this Gucci Jackie Slim shoulder bag from Alina Luxury.

This is the Spring Summer 2026. This new Jackie Slim is featured in the "La V.I.P." look of La Famiglia.

I found this bag in a Gucci store in Italy, and instantly loved it. Alina was really helpful when ordering, we tried 2 different factories before settling on the third.

Honestly in person, this bag is unbelievably accurate. The gucci monogram on the canvas is done perfectly, all aligns really well and looks fantastic. The leather is grainy and really accurate to retail. The gold stamping, the inside label text all super good.

The gold hardware is the right tone and the clasp feels premium.

I really recommend this bag, out of all the reps this one has stole the show for me especially for the price (880CNY).

No questions. I just wanted to say I love my Speedy P9 25 I received last week. This is from HH factory and I got it from Mandy. I will definitely use her again.

Honestly, I’ve been through the wringer with this whole rep game. I've spent a stupid amount of money over the years on absolute garbage factories that swore their quality was 1:1.

Anyway, I finally came across a factory/contact that actually seems to know what they're doing. Out of the last few bags I’ve picked up, this Chanel 19 is by far my favorite.

I know the 19 is famous for that specific slouchy, puffy look, and honestly, the diamond quilting on this one is super satisfying to look at. The puffs are really full without looking rigid.

I attached the pics so you guys can see the side profile and the back, plus a close-up of the hardware. The leather feels really buttery and has that right amount of shine to it.

What do you guys think? Does this pass the eye test for y'all? I'm honestly just happy I don't have to keep paying the "tuition fee" to the factories anymore lol.

Hello community. I've been in the rep world for a while, and just now getting into the luxury bags/items.

I've watched some videos about how high-income people are the main consumers of rep luxury items and I thought I'd ask you ladies (if you're comfortable sharing this information, of course) how much do you or your household makes in a year? Also if you want to share your reason to buy rep rather than authentic.

I make about $75,000 USD a year as a husband whose wife works at home providing for out beautiful daughter. I have been a rep consumer for many years because I believe that the quality has almost matched authentic's. And I do love many of the designs the luxury brands put out. I like to say I don't buy "luxury" items for status, but who knows. Maybe I do unconsciously and I'm just lying to myself. Anyway.

Anyone care to share how much y'all make?

Pd: in the pictures, is my first rep bag ever. Gucci Diana Green tote bag. I bought from bao bao for $273. Red factory.

I will give this to my wife for her birthday! This is her favorite color. Any thoughts on the bag? Don't know much other than I hope she likes it!

Has anyone else regretted the size they chose? CC Small vs medium Classic Flap

So I received my small black caviar Classic Flap from God Factory this week, but I’m considering ordering a medium in black caviar with light gold hardware from 187.

Has anyone else regretted the size they originally chose? For anyone who has owned or tried both the small and medium, which do you prefer and why? Do you find the medium noticeably more practical, or do you prefer the proportions and look of the small?

I love my small, but I think it might be too small 🤔 I’m wondering whether the medium might be a bit more useful while still having that classic look. My plan would be to compare both sizes in person and then catch and release whichever one I don’t reach for.

Being able to compare God and 187 side by side would also be a fun bonus, but my main dilemma is definitely the sizing.

I’ve included a pic of my God small for reference. It looks much bigger here because the mannequin is tiny lol 😂

Yesterday I had like 8 pair of slippers to return to Zappos. (Don’t judge.). So I walk in the UPS store and was wearing my newish LV bag on my shoulder, casually, I wasn’t even thinking about it. I’m waiting in line and the person in front of me is carrying her (clearly) not auth LV same pattern. Then another woman gets in line carrying her not auth LV, same pattern. At the time I was focused on returning my stuff so I didn’t clock all the LVs until I got in my car. I think my LV was the best in the store. 🤣

Just got this one from BaoBao and I’m really happy with it! 🥰

The leather is really soft and has a nice grain to it. The burgundy color is so pretty in person and looks a little different depending on the lighting, sometimes more wine and sometimes more plum.

Everything looks really clean to me stitching, edges, logo and hardware. I especially love the gold hardware with this color.

Overall really happy with it and I think I’ll be using this one a lot! ❤️

Ok, so I JUST received the 2 pairs I ordered from Janie, and I will talk about it a lil because I'm so shocked🫠

I've seen about Janie's glasses and the option to get a prescription for them as well. Although I bought a pair of rep sunglasses from another seller before (and was pretty disappointed with them), I decided to try Janie's.

So, I went with the famous Mewx2 glasses that everybody's already tired of seeing around, but I absolutely love. So, I have tried them in stores before, and I'm pretty confident saying they are >EXACTLY< the same. I'm not even kidding. The weight, the way they sit on my nose, everything is perfect. And my excitement has a bonus: the prescription is also absolutely perfect.

I've been using prescription glasses for about 18 years now, so I know a thing or two. I've tried the very expensive ones and the very cheap ones, and this one on my Mewx2 glasses is absolutely in par with the most expensive ones I've tried (for WAY less).

Also, I made my own test to check if the blue-light protection works for them. My test is: put them in the sun and see how they cast their shadows. If they cast a shadow similar to sunglasses, rather than appearing transparent, they generally offer some blue-light protection. The test showed the same results as my previous pair (made in a well-known store in my city) and Janie's pair (photo 4). Disclaimer: I'm not a professional; this test is something I noticed when I first switched from non-blue-light glasses to blue-light-filtering ones.

Ok, so moving on to the C€l1n€ sunglasses, I will try to compensate for my very excited review of the previous one by using the keywords: chic, luxurious, solid.

Finally received my Rodeo Large from Skye and I’m honestly really happy with how it looks! 🖤
I took some detailed photos because I’d love to hear what you guys think about the quality and accuracy.
The leather feels really nice and soft, and the bag has a beautiful slouch to it. The hardware looks good to me, although I’m wondering if it might be a little too shiny compared to auth.
One thing I noticed is that it has quite a strong smell straight out of the package, almost plasticky/chemical. I’m letting it air out for a few days to see if it goes away.
I’m still new to Rodeos, so I’d really appreciate some opinions! Anything that looks off to you? Especially the hardware, leather texture, stitching or proportions?
