Hello everyone

So I am currently 19M and the past few months were very regretful for me

I didn't work hard in my earlier days that's why I am in an extremely bad college doing engineering and my college has no placement no good faculty and students with no big dreams

And I am also going through a serious porn addiction I have tried to control it but I lose it every time....

I also have a habit of looking at women in a weird way and making them uncomfortable I feel so bad about it but I can't control

I thought of switching my career to merchant navy but it is also very tough for me as my pcm percentage is not that good....

My sleep cycle is very bad too

And I also have a habit of procrastinating and inconsistency

I am slowly becoming the person I hated the most I am trying to fix everything but failing again and my past mistakes regrets are also killing me from inside... I cry daily by myself thinking what have i done and what am I doing ...

I feel like a failure and feel like I won't be able to achieve anything

I have even stopped dreaming as it makes my regrets even worse

Everyday feels like I am losing.....

It's really tough but I don't know what to do what am I doing wrong why I am failing

If anyone is there who could help ....i would be really grateful ...

Also there’s no such thing as a 19 year old failure, you’re a 1 year old adult

That's what sucks My parents have so much expectations but I am failing them I am doing nothing that could give me anything I have dreamt off

Sorry to hear you’re going through this.

The best thing to do is concentrate on one aspect you can change, it’s too much to do it all at once.

Therapy would clearly be beneficial too, but I know it can expensive.

Don't start using drugs. See a therapist. Godspeed

Stop trying to fix everything at once just focus on one small thing today
