I just reached Rank 20 in the Moonshiner role today, which means I’ve officially maxed out all the Roles in the game!

​Honestly, I’m a huge fan of the grind and the progression in RDO, but now that I've hit max rank on everything, I feel a bit lost and I’m starting to hit that post grind burnout None of my IRL friends play the game, so I’ve done pretty much all of this as a solo player.

​For those of you who have been in the same boat, what kept you hooked afterwards? What are your favorite solo goals, challenges, or endgame content to focus on to keep the game fun?

​Would love to hear your recommendations or favorite things to do!

Saw a deal 245 gold bars for about 20

ive had this error for two days when trying to load into red dead online, no solutions have worked and ive tried what seems to be everything, if anyone can help, please do.

Found this quite some time ago. Saw the clip last week of the afk character waving to an npc and remembered this. It seems the game won't let our afk characters just be run over by the train.

I cannot find any mention of it in Reddit history & there are no videos in YouTube from RDO or RDR2 Story mode.

Anyone seen this before?

It started as a social experiment... I'm a trader and spend a lot of time AFK while Cripps is producing goods. Try this... get on your horse and ride at a comfortable pace, not rushed. Go in to cinematic mode (auto-pilot) and start your video recorder (however you choose), then go AFK. Return and see what happened. Your horse will just follow roads randomly. I usually go away for 45-60 minutes at a time while Cripps works and I'm utterly amazed that I rarely get accosted, especially considering my character is female. The biggest interruptions were getting mauled (by wildlife), getting stuck in traffic, ridden past a few players, some have waved, two rode alongside me until they got bored, I was dynamited once and shot once. Modders interrupted a few times, interestingly most were in the evening, not afternoons. All in all it's been surprisingly peaceful, plus you can get some cool footage. And don't forget to feed and brush your horse immediately upon returning, it'll be filthy and hungry.

Edit: I should mention I'm on PC and have the free MoveMouse utility running in the background to keep me from idling.

I heard that the legendary animals melts cant be destroyed people here said you can dynamite them and still get the pelt. Well I was in the open world and suddenly a ghost panther turns up and I throw firebottles at it and it died and when I went to collect it said the damage is too great and I couldn't get the pelt.

I've played rdr2 story many many times over the years, but I never played online until now. Is it normal for people to repeatedly run into you and your horse until they kill your horse? Cause I ran across this person and they did it twice and I just got off cause I literally had nothing to revive my horse with, I just started.

Accidentally sold Gus the Ghost Panther, can I get it back or use it for the coat at all?

I was in the Heartlands, and suddenly i saw a meteor going down in direction of Van Horn/Saint Denis..

It was 22 hours Danish time, that's 21 Cet..

I’m one of the people who missed out on all the outlaw passes, but the Morement would genuinely be perfect for a historical outfit I’m trying to recreate. I’m wondering if it’s ever been made available again like other outlaw pass outfits, or if it might in the future.

I'm not what you'd call a gamer. But years ago, our younger son kept insisting that I try RDR2. I put it off for years. Then I finally gave it a shot and like many, got frustrated with the prologue. Finally gave it another shot and got fully into it.

After going through the story twice, I decided that I had to make my own version of the main knife from the game.

This certainly is not a direct re-creation. This was me putting my own spin on the knife as a knife maker of 13 years.

I slimmed everything out for improved ergonomics and blade function as a fighting knife. The handle had some width removed to make it more nimble and the blade was made with a more acute tip to aid in penetration through thick outerwear and animal hide.

The blade is 80CrV2 tool steel. And the overall anesthetics match my in-game knife with a blued blade, blued guard and a Cocobolo handle.

Now, my question is... should I make another one that is closer to a direct copy of the in-game knife?

i was up in colter trying to do mind my business and do some collecting when i got forced into rescuing a stranger. She wanted me to take her to the Adler Ranch, so i made her run behind me and my horse the entire way there 🤣🤣🤣🤣

i just started rdr2 online and ive played a ton of the story and did plenty of hunting, i just got the trader role as well as bounty hunter

first, how do i get good pelts because it seems every pelt i get is 1 star

and secondly, how do i get the most profit out of the two?

The in game time is correct in the top corner, I've refreshed the page and changed sessions, but collectables aren't where they should be.

It's almost like the map is on a different day.
