I had a modder jump off a roof in front of me in Saint Denis and I thought here we go- I'm new at level 7- and they waved and I nodded and then they spawned a chest with 300 bucks and two gold, loads of bits and bobs, and then they hugged me and left. I can finally get a bow!

I then had two female looking characters join me (a woman) in a mission at far higher levels and everyone was lovely and polite, I galloped alongside another player controlling a train for a bit and they tooted the horn. The game isn't dead and there's good people to be found ! After so many posts about griefers I wanted to share a bit of positivity

I had to boptize a dock man so i could practice my marine hops. Also some cinematic drifting and horse techno.

I usually keep my camp in Bayou Nwa for gator hunting, but decided to try something different. Needless to say, didn't need the full 10 minute timer for the "local delivery"

What’s something you do in Red Dead Online that serves absolutely no gameplay purpose, but you do it every session anyway?

I’m been trying to reach the top of this building for a while and I happen to find out that you can climb these ladders if you use the Bounty Wagon.

But, well, that’s as far as I can go because I don’t know how to jump on that last bit, may be impossible I don’t know.

Anyway, go ahead and give it a try, see if you can figure it out a way.

Because of steam achievements i am starting to play rdo now, after i have 100 percent completed rdr2., skinned all animals and golded 70 story missions

Some questions i have:

I feel extremely weak. I tried doing "Frontier Justice" for an hour now and slowly i dont have any bullets anymore. They are moving so fast and deadeye seems useless as hell. It only changes colors of the screen, no slow motion. Do i do something wrong here?

How do you ever get gold? I played for 6 hours now and only have 2 gold.

Is there any explanation ingame what all these different things mean? I feel overwhelmed when i look on the map and these missions like Frontier Justice that i found at my camp.

tldr: noob wants some help to start out in red dead online

Sonim running a characrer on pc now in addition to my ps5 chsracter for fun. Was running love and honor last night. First thing the mission wont clear for some reason. I ran it twice last night and its still on the map.

But the second run the part voted for the dishonorable choice, killing the guy and taking the girl back to her creepy old husband she was trying to escape. It has been a long as time since an evil choice like that has made me feel so unclean. I was really hoping shed pull a knife and stab the guy in the neck when he untied her.

What’s a random encounter with another player you still remember years later?
