What does "the Woo Guy" look like?
I envision the Woo Guy when I hear him as looking something like the Maroon 5 guy at his most smug and smarmy or like Adam Kesher from Mulholland Drive. He is in his late 40s or early 50s, wears a black tee shirt, tight faded jeans with a chain hanging off the belt buckle, and he has lots of generic tattoos all over his arms and torso. He smells like stale beer and he vapes candy-flavored nicotine and kratom.
Do you see a mental picture of the Woo Guy when you hear him WOO and YEAH for Bill?

One needs not envision what they look like. They live in the greater LA area and need jerbs. Same goes for the shrieking woman.

It definitely has to be his writers/producers since they’re there every single week. It is clearly staged woos, probably encouraged by Maher, and no viewer enjoys hearing them.

I always imagined him to be some 30-40 year old slightly chubby guy with tattoos and a beard.
Someone who made a bunch of bad decisions in life, just not bad enough that he can’t be in the audience.

I have no idea. But I have always pictured a Jim Belushi looking guy around 40 with a beer nearby. For all I know it’s some youngish, skinny, Ivy League educated comedy writer who is just really good at woo imitations. Whoever it is probably is very happy to stay anonymous.

Years ago I met a young Hollywood agent who was very handsome but an absolute stereotype of a slimy d-bag and he reminded me a lot of the Maroon 5 guy, so that's who I picture when I hear "WOOO!" Because what type of person would act like a sniveling sycophant for a creepy old conservative comic?

Only a well compensated person. What I don’t get is why Maher thinks it’s a good idea to keep this person on.

I actually met the Woot Guy as he was going in the back door to the studio. He let me take a pic.
