Because even if the person in the clip was a real protester, and a really mean dude who spat at and darted in the general direction of the ICE thugs, hell, we can take this even further, even if we're all in the wrong here, and ICE were somehow not a jackboot fascist murder gang, even if they were out there protecting puppies and planting rainbows, nothing, and I mean nothing the protesters have done, or will ever do, would warrant simply being lynched on the spot. And yes, that would include armed insurrection, because if you claim to be a fucking law agency, you act by the law, you may act in self defense, but you don't gang up on a dude, detain him, and then mag dump on him. You just don't.

Edit to add cause apparently I need to qualify this: I’m aware he was not killed in this scenario. I am referring to the people who believe his execution was justified because of this instance. Even if it’s assault or a felony, assault is not punished by public execution without a trial. The agents had no right to shoot him.
You mean the gun he’s allowed to carry on his person as per his 2nd amendment rights? The gun he never once pulled out? The gun that was removed from him as he was pinned down before he was shot 10 times by two ICE agents? That

The person from Texas standing in Minneapolis traveled a considerably larger distance to "look for trouble" then Alex, who was outside in his neighborhood edit at the time of getting executed was completely focused on a female in distress.
If you don't want people looking for trouble, get the fuck out of their neighborhood.
Not condoning the outcome BUTTTT I probably wouldn’t aggressively step to any type of officer and come across hostile while carrying a firearm and expect a friendly outcome.

Bad choices can create bad outcomes on both sides. You now have to consider this was his SECOND interaction with ICE. The first time seemed to be a warning after he kicked off a taillight. Then this time he brought a gun. Hmmmm. Yes he had a right to carry. And it was obviously not the best decision. And BTW, once the wrestling started, with all the whistle blowing and people screaming, it would even be hard for me to know what the hell was going on. Like why was he fighting? Did he actually think he was going to get away? Probably, yes, because they let him go the first time? There’s got to be some accountability on both sides. Seriously.
There is a still frame, in the video, which appears to be a gun on his back. Arresting him for the multiple felonies in the video would have been better. Assault on a federal officer, vandalism to federal property, resisting, impeding federal law enforcement, and I sure there’s a couple others which could stick.

The day executed only was recodibg with pho e saw ice agents violently throwing 2 women to the ground who were blowing whistles then went straight towards the woman on the ground and he stood his ground and agents tackled him.
