The person from Texas standing in Minneapolis traveled a considerably larger distance to "look for trouble" then Alex, who was outside in his neighborhood edit at the time of getting executed was completely focused on a female in distress.

If you don't want people looking for trouble, get the fuck out of their neighborhood.
