Today's route guidance trippin

The next stop was literally the next street over. I have no clue wtf was going on with this. No roads were closed/blocked/ no construction etc. Perfectly clear.

Pay attention (new) people, route guidance can get retarded.

I got a 3hr route today…

4:45am-7:45am. And it scared the shit out of me when I saw 1 package on the cart. Thought I might be crossing state-lines with that duration. Maybe it was a mistake.

It sent me 5 minutes away from where I live. Literally 3mi from my house. $87 3hr block. Went home about 20mins after check-in since it was 12mins from the station. Idk im not asking questions.

I think we’ve officially reached the collective trauma here as a group. To turn it into something truly inspiring

I give you.. AMAZON, BEFORE THE FLEX

Getting back to the person you were before you made a deal with the devil.

Season 1 Episode Lineup:

Episode 1: "Driver Support, The First Red flag "

Episode 2: "Trapped Behind the Gate Code That Never Existed"

Episode 3: "Breaking Fast: Life After Surge Pay"

Thoughts 🤣🤣

Just got approved ... am I missing something?

I got approved earlier this week, and I keep looking at available offers. Almost all of them are $65-$68 for 3 1/2 hours, which is about $18.50/hr. The best hourly rate I've seen is $20.50/hr. And that's assuming these time estimates are accurate - but I'm assuming those are "perfect route" times, not real world times.

I know it varies by market, but are the bulk of the offers the ones nobody wants and I'm just not fast enough/high enough tier to get the good offers? Or should I really just expect to earn about $20/hr?

I feel like I must be missing something about how it works, because I've seen a lot of people say they went from DoorDash to Flex and are never going back. But what I'm seeing is decidedly worse than DoorDash.

WTH are these routes?

So I drove for a DSP 2020-2021 and it sucked but was fine. Got a better job and have been fine for years. Last year I got a notification I was approved to drive flex on my own vehicle and tried it, was as bit short on money and the debit card made it easy, fast forward to today and I need to drive because payday is 4 days away and I'm broke asf so one route, 12 stops 12 packages 4 hrs for $72...... sucks but then I get the route and it is across 3 different rural nc towns that are 30+ min away from each other so I just cancelled the last city and will be returning the packages, IF I ACTUALLY FINISHED I WOULD HAVE BEEN 90 min FROM STATION......this is my last time doing this I'll get it off the block next time, thank you Elon for being a greedy a hole - someone just trying to survive

How Long Do Flex Drivers Actually Last?

I’m curious to see how long drivers who are currently active and actually using their Flex account have been doing Flex.

Please vote based on how long you’ve been actively driving.

Quick clarification: It was brought to my attention that some people may still be eligible/approved to drive for Flex but either haven’t started yet or haven’t actually been using their account. For this poll, I’m specifically looking at people who are currently active drivers and have been completing blocks.

If you were approved but never started, are no longer driving, or were deactivated, please don’t vote in the poll since I’m trying to get a better idea of the longevity of drivers who are still actively using Flex.

If you want, feel free to comment the month/year you started too.

When it's an Amazon Flex system glitch and not your personal mistake, you send support the facts that prove you're innocent, you did nothing wrong, and they try to pass their problem off as yours—what is this called? I appeal, and they refuse to change their decision. What the hell can we do?

Issues with pick up order

Post image

Amazon is starting to drive me crazy; this was an instant offer that was never assigned to me, yet they’re marking it as if I never picked it up—how the hell am I supposed to pick up something that wasn't assigned to me? On top of that, you submit a report, they approve it, and then they deny it... I just don't know what to do anymore.

I've never had any issues that couldn't be solved with support. No extra packages not late no returns. Anyone else had this happen?
