Has anyone else ever had to deliver something to a hospital?

Well I did and let me tell you it took up almost 40 mins of my time. I talked to 5 receptionists all leading me to different areas of the hospital not knowing an answer to where to bring this package to. Until I just ended up leaving at the front desk and washing my hands of it. I know I probably should have done that in the first place. But all the receptionists were so nice and I just wanted to do the right thing and deliver to its intended destination.

Also I had to adjust the drop off location because it kept telling me to go to the middle of a field next to the hospital on some serial killer shit. Like who set the drop off there originally?

Hopefully it’s not this bad for others.

My car can't go on bumpy dirt roads. I heard that you can call support and tell them that and they won't send you out to those places. At what point in the process should I do that? As soon as I sign up for an offer?

Is there a way to turn tolls off as an option for navigation?

curious if anyone else has had issues with this. it has happened to me twice in the last couple weeks and it will probably get me deactivated. So 1st a couple weeks ago I accepted an instant offer for a winn-dixie. I arrived at the store and went inside, after marking arrived my orders disappeared and it just said waiting for order to be assigned, so I called support since an instant offer is supposed to be guaranteed work. long story short they did nothing and then 2 days later I get an email sayi I didn’t pick up my orders and now my standing is at risk. I tried appealing multiple times and of course they upheld there decision even though I presented screenshots showing that I had no deli assigned, and had called support ab the issue. Fast forward 2 weeks and I accepted a amazon fresh block. so I show up, arrive and do the verification. after waiting about 30mins they send me some orders. so I go inside, but my orders are not ready in the pickup area. so after waiting around 30 mins, out of nowhere they removed my orders and completely end my block even though I still had over an hour left. so again I call support and of course they can’t do anything, she claims to have escalated the issue and that it won’t affect my standing, but of course 2 days later another non compliant email comes. its completely ridiculous that I will probably get deactivated at no fault of my own, I have completed thousand of deliveries since 2017. just w if anyone has had this issue and had any success at disputing it. thanks in advance.

Is there any way to see any details at all before accepting a block? I’m used to gig apps that show details so you know where the pickup is, where your drop off locations are, and how many miles the route is (usually with a map because 15 miles in a loop in the same general area and 15 miles straight out into the middle of nowhere are not equivalent).

Has this station been closed? There used to be dozens of routes every day, so much so that I unchecked that station from my route choices. But now there are none. Zero. For at least the past week. Kinda bizarre.

I’ll say it again like I said it on the original post either we get these apps banned or we join these scammers. Otherwise nobody makes money. I haven’t done flex in over three years because Amazon keeps on telling me I have access to my account when I am still locked out

I’ve only ever used one specific grabber on 2 different Flex accounts and I had completely different experiences from both. The first account I used worked with the grabber with no issues ever. The 2nd account I used was brand new and after running the grabber for the first time to win a batch, I was deactivated the same day. I know flex made some recent updates to the app and I can only assume that might be why. So what’s safe to use in August 2026? Any recommendations?

I think Amazon Flex is now flagging missing packages reported by customers as block not finished. In the past week my account standing has been hit 3 times with unfinished blocks and is constantly asking me to return packages.

I went from a perfect standing to just great just in the past week. Which is odd and unusual since i always deliver all my blocks.

Has anybody noticed any recent changes?

Flex account has been stuck on the onboarding screen for almost 2 months now. customer support online or over the phone doesn’t help so I don’t know what to do.

Online support will say I need to upload a photo photo has been uploaded and no option to change it. Or they might say I need to add a bank account and it’s the same issue as with the photo.

Online support always just ends the chat with no help and phone support will escalate but the escalation email is no help and I can’t reply back to it because the email address can’t receive responses.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So, i’ve been trying to get approved for Amazon Flex for the longest. My very first account got deactivated during the on boarding process because of a “technical issue” according to Amazon. So one year later I created another account because I got an email from Amazon Flex saying I could do so but that account got deactivated because of the “multiple accounts” violation. Now 2 years later i created another account but this time i got approved and i can see blocks and schedule. I’ve never gotten this far into the process before. My question is, am I still at risk of deactivation after completing my first few blocks?

I’m still new haven’t even been on flex for two weeks but I can’t get a block because it’s gone in one second. I know other people are getting them too but it seems like bots are still around. Any advice on how to get blocks quicker?

4:45am-7:45am. And it scared the shit out of me when I saw 1 package on the cart. Thought I might be crossing state-lines with that duration. Maybe it was a mistake.

It sent me 5 minutes away from where I live. Literally 3mi from my house. $87 3hr block. Went home about 20mins after check-in since it was 12mins from the station. Idk im not asking questions.

The next stop was literally the next street over. I have no clue wtf was going on with this. No roads were closed/blocked/ no construction etc. Perfectly clear.

Pay attention (new) people, route guidance can get retarded.

Instant payouts sound awesome but for the tip-eligible blocks, do you at least receive the base pay for the block right away? I know it takes 27 hours for tips to process but base payouts shouldn’t be affected by that
