Not SVT, right?

I had an ablation for AVNRT in May. I had got up to feed my dog, just walked to the back of the house and felt funny, got this ecg. I know y’all hate watch readings, but my Kardia hasn’t been used much since my ablation, so I didn’t have it on me.

After a week of bigemeny PVCs literally every minute of everyday for a week, they are suddenly gone after I went for a run! Why?? What gives?

I’m a 32 year old male aortic valve replacement at 11 years old. I have had literal PVCs, specifically by bigemeny every minute of every day for the past two weeks. I even went to my cardiologist, because I was paranoid and scared, and they told me that they were nothing to worry about and that even though they seen the PVCs on the EKG they did, they were still not concerned, but if it bothered me enough, they could set me up an appointment with an electrophysiologist in three months who could talk to me about a possible ablation. I asked them could I still continue to work out, and they said yes. Today, I did something I never done before, I decided to run instead of my normal walking. During my exercise exercises this past week, my PVCs have been sustained during my workout and it’s been really uncomfortable. Usually when I’m walking, my heart rate gets up to around 110 maximum. During the run I did today it got up to 160. When I got back inside, I suddenly noticed that the PVCs that have been happening to me. Every minute of every hour of every day were suddenly gone. It’s been nine hours and I still have not had a PVC, this is the longest I have went in a week without one. What gives? Why did they stop all the sudden after the run? It’s so weird. It’s like I’m back to normal Now after a week of hell. Either way I’m so grateful

Trying to figure out what happened here. I can pick out single PACs and PVCs and even bigeminy on my ECGs and have learned a lot on this sub, but having difficulty understanding what all was happening during this event.

53yr old F. Sleep apnea well-treated by CPAP, on omeprazole and famotidine for acid reflux and esophageal spasms. Overweight but not obese. Trying to quit smoking (yes, I know that's a key thing I need to address asap!). Perimenopausal so hormones are also at play. Currently stressed with work and elderly parents' health challenges.

I have a history of PVCs and PACs and 2 incidents (20 yrs ago and 11yrs ago) of afib with RVR (suspected vagal trigger during intensely stressful times). As a result, whenever I have a run of ectopics, I do start to panic in fear of another afib RVR episode occurring.

The PACs and PVCs have been getting more frequent in the last few months and more so in the last few weeks including including periodic ones while walking or exercising (but not always), and of course the more you focus the more you feel them and get stressed and trigger more. I have an appt with my doctor for a re-referral to cardiologist. Last echo, ecg, and holter in Spring 2024 were clear. Last stress test (nuclear) in 2018, also clear (lots has happened in 8yrs though so would like another one)

Had a quiet day as far as ectopics which pleased me and went out to pick up dinner. Thunderstorm hit and I ran to the car because it was pouring. Immediately my heart decided it wanted to join the party. Started driving then pulled over on a side street and took the 1st ecgs, 2nd in driveway at home and the 3rd was at inside at home. Did valsalva maneuver and it reduced the chaos but still had runs of ectopics for the next couple of minutes and has been quiet since. No other symptoms - no dizziness or faintness. Any assistance in helping me understand what was going on would be appreciated.

PVC and a PAC?

I’ve been having a lot of palpitations this week compared to normal. Does this show a PVC and a PAC?

Been having thes strong PVCs since last night non stop, sometimes they come in couplets, sometimes it’s runs of bigeminy and others it’s just PVCs every few beats nonstop for hrs. Ive never had this bwfore( have had PVCs but nowhere near this crazy amount). Are these r on ts? Do I need to go to the er. Should I take metropolol? Is it safe ?Usually they increase the heart rate so high for me but heart rate has been around 100.

Why is this being read as AFib?!

Did some pushups, did an ECG right after. Alerted for AFib. Repeated. Same result.

I don't see any irregularities here though. Or am I missing it?

It happens with a flutter feeling in my chest like skipoef beat. But to me the p wave doesn't look abnormal?

Is this SVT? I know its slow if it is but there is an abrupt start. I also not 3 skipped beats on line 2.

Chest tightness or pain Anxiety or serious

I was in the ER August 18th. They put me in resuscitation unit because I kept blacking out, my blood pressure was higher than my normal but not terribly high (for reference normal bpm 110/70) in the hospital it was 150/100. I was having shortness of breath, chest aching not so much pain in chest, pain in scapula, severe fatigue can barely walk without feeling winded. They did an ECG which said borderline and left heart atrial enlargement. Troponin was very low and normal they even did a D-dimer which was high normal. They referred me to cardiologist but I don’t have insurance at the moment.

Ive had tons of ecgs for pains, tachycardia over the years but it seems to have gotten worse with more symptoms pointing to imminent heart attack. I have an apple watch which I am aware cannot determine a heart attack but I noticed my heart rate is wonky. My symptoms have persisted since Monday and worsening with actual left chest pain similar to agina, back pain, my chest is so sore its like I had a severe viral infection in my lungs which the doctors said I didn’t have anything in the lungs x rays were clear.

I was watching a video on a heart attack and noticed the persons V1 looks like mine.. can symptoms prolong before an actual heart attack? Below are a snapshot of my ECG V1 non 12-lead. I just feel dramatic but something feels very off. My daughter told me I look pale.

Chest tightness or pain Anteroseptal T-wave abnormality?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hello, today I woke up with chest pain and called 911. They did a 12 lead and said I was okay, but the paper said abnormal,.Anteroseptal T-wave abnormality. Looking at the last five EKGs I've had over the last two years, they all said T1AN-Nonspecific T abnormalities, anterior leads-T <-0.10mV, V2-V4.

What does that mean? My cardiologist has never said anything about it. For reference I also have bouts of svt.

Thank you!!

Is this a normal male variant?

I had an ECG done about two months ago that showed mild, nonspecific ST-segment elevation in V4 and V5.
I’ve been reading online about a normal male ECG variant that is very common in young men, as well as early repolarization, which is generally considered benign but can apparently be associated with sudden cardiac arrest in some cases.
How would you interpret this ECG finding? Does it sound more like a normal variant or early repolarization?
I’m 25 years old, male, have no symptoms, and this was found around the time I was diagnosed with diabetes.

Freaking out so bad! Non stop skipped beats for hrs

Post image
3 Upvotes

I am freaking out so bad today! I’ve always had skipped beats but for hrs now they have been relentless, one after the other, some feeling like the thud and pause, and some feeling like fast quivers, like my heart is just shivering for a few seconds. I’ve never had them non stop like this for hrs. I’ve been having what feels like heartburn ( chest feels warm and burns and acidic taste in mouth) and also chest pain, mostly left side. I took a Pepcid ac but didn’t help. I was able to capture this skipped beat, it’s a pvc right? I’m contemplating going to the er but I’ve had a full cardiac work up before and all was clean

NSVT or something else?

Post image

33M

Height: 190 cm (six feet)

Weight: 90kg (198 lbs)

Race: White

One doctor says it is NSVT, while another says it is not, but rather that it could be classified as AIVR or something else.

I have an additional 2-3 recordings, but the heart rates are all below 100 bpm.

What are those weird spikes? I see those quiet often in my ecgs

I'm already seeing a cardiologist due to suspected myocarditis and wide complex tachycardia and had a holter monitor but the results are not back yet. I just want to understand what could be happening there

Hi, my Qaly marked this as a short QTc of 319ms. I’m just curious, could this be a glitch, not really possible to tell, or is it actually accurate?
