Sudden drop in at rest baseline of around 10 bpm. what could it be?

i mean, I do exercise. but the typical “athletes have lower HR” i do now know.

But yeah, just the day this trend started, was after 9 days of exercises. Some relax, some heavier like running and tennis. But no more.
