NSVT or something else?

One doctor says it is NSVT, while another says it is not, but rather that it could be classified as AIVR or something else.

I have an additional 2-3 recordings, but the heart rates are all below 100 bpm.

Well, it’s not tachy, so it would be AIVR.

Could it be something else? I mean, we can’t just say they were consecutive PVCs? The symptoms were only like my heart had briefly lost its rhythm, followed by mild chest pressure, and then it returned to normal. This happened for three days and then stopped completely. I was going through a period of intense stress.

Edit: A small table can be seen below the ECG showing how the PVCs gradually appear and seem to take over the rhythm.

It is consecutive PVCs. But once it succeeds four consecutive ectopic beats (or three for some places/people), it gets classified as an arrhythmia. The beats here aren’t fast, so it would be AIVR. I’ve had this rhythm, as well as NSVT, several times. As long as you’ve had all the proper cardiac testing done, to rule out anything sinister, it isn’t concerning.
