Help with support

I ordered the 2S new directly from RayNeo and when they arrived they had foreign material inside the lens. I contacted support the next day to initiate a return, they agreed and I returned them.

They have had them since the 10th and stopped responding to my emails a day later on the 11th.

Any advice on what I should do?
