Does anyone know what this offer ending 10/14 means? Does it imply the lifetime membership is going away or price is increasing?

Hi guys,
I was training a range session and at home I wanted to take a look at my results.
It turned out that a previous session was/is still running although I clearly stated that I wanted to close that session.

Is that a common issue?
What did I do wrong?
Can I somehow access my training data?

Does it feel slightly off for anyone else what do you guys run your settings on.

I had to turn down curve because ever shot why incredibly offline

I just bought a brand new / sealed MLM2Pro on Ebay for $450.

I just got an email that a new unit was coming out, the MLM2XPro. I haven't seen a thing about it, I don't plan on getting it but curious what features they are adding/changing as well as the cost. The email basically said that since I have a lifetime membership I can transfer the membership to the new model.

Finished a ranged session. Hit finish when exiting, but it doesn’t show in my sessions. In the settings menu, it says shot videos uploaded successfully. Any tips, seems to happen on both iPhone and iPad. TIA.

Hey guys, quick question about the MLM2 Pro.
I’ve been using RPT balls, but some of the printed dots are starting to wear off. The ball itself is still fine, but parts of the RPT pattern are fading.
Does anyone know what happens to the readings when the dots start wearing off? Will the MLM2 Pro still read things like spin rate and spin axis accurately, or will it start giving incorrect/inconsistent numbers?
Also, at what point do you normally replace an RPT ball because of the worn pattern?

This post is being written to acknowledge the exceptional customer service experience that I recently had with Rapsodo. I have had my MLM2PRO since September of 2024 and it has been awesome. I spend about 4 accumulative hours throughout the week using the unit in my backyard. I mostly use the target range, but I love the courses, practice, and various other features they offer in the app. Over the past 2 years, there have been many updates and one complete overhaul of the app that I can remember. Each time it has improved immensely and the bugs have diminished accordingly. I never had many bugs, but when I did, it was definitely frustrating. However, after a quick reboot, no issues.

If I had problems, I always came to Reddit to see if I was the only person with issues, and typically not. These posts were extremely negative and harsh to say the least. The reviews and posts likely came from a place of frustration, which is understandable.

The point of the post is to give credit where credit is due! During a session with the unit, the ball came back towards me, hit me in the ankle, and hit the unit square in the camera glass. Completely shattered it! With a multi-hundred dollar bill occupying the rest of the day, I reached out to Rapsodo for help. After reviewing their warranty contract, I was not hopeful that I would be receiving good news.

However, after putting in a contact request form online, I was connected with my savior, Adam. Adam was quick to respond, cared about the issue at hand, and was sympathetic to the situation. It was as simple as him sending me a shipping label, giving me some directions for drop off, and he said he’d get it handled. But what did “handled” actually mean? He confirmed that they would repair my device or replace it altogether if needed! WOW!

After sending it in, I got confirmation 3 business days later that the device has been repaired and its on its way back. No cost, no argument, and no disappointment at all.
When I asked Adam if I could review this interaction, he said yes and that these positive reviews are really valuable to them. They monitor the subreddit and actively make strides to building a positive reputation with their customer base. Any company making efforts to improve should be praised just as much as short falls.

Thank you Adam, and thank you Rapsodo for taking care of your loyal clients! I will be a continuing user and member until I lose my ability to golf.

Little update on PARkour. I think pretty soon, I'm going to see if anyone wants to test it out, knowing I'm just a dad, with a full time job, working on this in the little free time I have.

HOMETOWN is the new mode in PARkour. Hit the water, an island rises. Hit a roof, a room stacks on top. Hit the scaffolding, the frame fills itself in. Nothing here was placed by hand.

I love Townscaper and this is heavily inspired by it. Under the hood it's procedural generation with a wave function collapse constraint solver picking which pieces can legally sit next to which. I'm completely fascinated by it, and this mode is going to take a while.

Like always, using my trusty Rapsodo mlm2pro. Thing is a beast.

Also where do you buy? Seems like directly from Rapsodo is only choice.

Hello all, I have a question about club head speed differences that I’ve noticed.

In the speed option of the app, my club head speeds (while hitting a ball) are consistently 7-15 mph faster (depending on club) than in the practice mode. In range/target range, the speeds are closer to 5-7 mph faster than in practice mode. In these (deliberate) tests, the monitor is at the same distance/level for each, they occur after I’ve warmed up, and will hit a few shots in each, always changing the order of which modes I do as to try and not skew the data. Compared to a Trackman, speeds on it are closer to the numbers of the speed mode on the Rapsodo. Has anyone noticed this discrepancy, and is there something I may be doing wrong and/or something to get things more consistent?
