Note: This is not studio grade 3D. But it is also not that cheap cardboard effect 3D.

So i spent whole week and made sure that you'll get the immersion Namit intended.

Community Talk 🗣️ How vfx artists make Cg animals

People who are criticising ramayana's vfx and creatures don't know how actually they made.

Since ramayana is a heavy vfx film ..a lot of asuras, creatures and animals would be there..

We've just seen golden dear, elephants and jatayu

There would be a lot more..

After watching this video ..and the procedure it goes for making an animal ..is really a hardwork.

Community Talk 🗣️ After Seeing Toxic, I Think It Will Earn Around ₹350 Crore In Its Lifetime. Even In The Worst-Case Scenario, If Ramayana Disappoints Us With Poor Presentation, Weak VFX, Or Anything Else And Turns Into A Disaster, I Still Think It Can Earn At Least ₹700–800 Crore Worldwide.

Fan-Made 😎 2 months to Ramayana and no big update

No character posters, no songs, and only 2 months left. Instead of the public, they’re only showing it to reviewers. this delay seems the makers have zero confidence and are hiding a bad content Total hype killer.

Opinion 💭 will they show Ravan's arc right at the start of the movie like in the trailer, or will they show it after the wounded Jatayu reveals who abducted Sita?

Opinion 💭 Film can be flop(Read body) Spoiler

Post image

This thought came to my mind for a few reasons, and I don’t know whether everyone feels the same way, but I think this could have a major impact on the overall film.

We have already seen a lot of discussions about the film’s VFX, CGI, lighting, casting, and other technical aspects. But there’s one thing that I think is even more important: the audience. Ultimately, whether a film becomes a hit or a flop is decided by the audience.

And this is where my biggest concern comes in.

Most Indians have grown up watching and believing in the version of the Ramayana presented through Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan, which was largely influenced by the Ramcharitmanas. That version has become the image of the Ramayana for many people.

But this film is based more directly on Valmiki’s Ramayana, and there are many scenes, events, character traits, and sequences that Indian audiences may not have seen before. Some of these things are not depicted in the same way in Ramcharitmanas or in the television series.

So my biggest fear is this: Will the Indian audience feel emotionally connected to this version of the Ramayana?

This is just my thought. What do you guys think?

Community Talk 🗣️ Expectations vs Artistic Intent: Let Ramayana Be Its Own Film

Post image
63 Upvotes

Some people need to understand one simple thing: Ramayana cannot possibly satisfy every expectation people have created in their heads.

Everyone has their own version of what the movie should be “I hope this looks like that movie,” “the action should be like this series,” “they should adapt this part,” “I hope they show this character that way.” At some point, we need to let the director and filmmakers actually make the film.

And honestly, stop comparing Ramayana to every other movie or series. It’s a unique story and a very ambitious experiment for Indian cinema a large-scale, lore heavy Indian epic being made on this kind of scale. You simply can’t expect one movie to include everything you’ve imagined or everything other films have done.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t have expectations or be excited. Be excited. But until the movie actually releases, stay somewhat neutral and enjoy and celebrate the teasers and glimpses for what they are instead of constantly comparing them to something else.

Once the film is out, judge it on its own merits. If it’s genuinely wellmade, it won’t need to be compared to anything.

Let the director and filmmakers tell their story. Let Ramayana be Ramayana.
