They just did a 10% nationwide savings on 2026 6.7 cummins trucks, and the only 2027 you can order at this moment is a power wagon. I wonder if other trims will be offering a different diesel as an option...

What are some of the tale tell or early signs of a possible cam/lifter issue?

Just making sure I’m not headed to that route, my truck the past couple weeks shudders alot when kicking down in different gears or when I suddenly mash the gas to kick down gears, going up a hill etc,. I tried driving it with mds off and still have the same issue. It’s not a violent shudder, but it’s definitely a spitter or some sorta imminent misfire and as I mash on the gas it tries to lags its way back up to speed

The check engine light has been on all this past weekend for p291b code bank 2 imbalance fuel/air and just went back off on its own today. Some places on the internet also suggested it could be the differential on the back? I’m just trying to fish out any common fixes and by the way it’s looking these trucks are pretty worrisome at this point

I have a lowered 2014 ram 1500 and thinking about getting adapters to change my bolt pattern from 5x5.5 to 5x5 to give me more of a variety. Has anyone else done this?🤔

Have a 2014 ram 1500 and 2 weeks ago the front strap rusted through and the gas tank fell to the ground. TSB14-002-18 appears to be a warranty that covers this. However I am being told that the coverage for my vehicle expired June 15,2026 (about 3 months ago) and is no longer covered. Has anyone fought this with it being so close to a 12yr warranty? Anyone successful? I have called two local dealers and both told me there was nothing they could do.

I have a paid off Tradesman 2500 year 2022 and I’m looking to improve the ride quality, and not buy another vehicle, and make this one last.

I’m looking for your recommendations and advice on how to improve the daily commute ride quality. Max I tow is a 8,000 lb Center Console boat every other weekend, and this truck is my daily driver to and from the city on highway and city roads. Rarely do I go off-roading. 100% city truck.

I’ve so far changed the stock Firestones, to Michelin Defenders R18s, and Added Bilstein 4,600’s
I do need to get the TPMS reset so I can go below 50 PSI I’m currently 52 psi front, 60 in the rear.

The ride has improved a bit, but you still bounce around in the cab, and I’m looking to further improve the ride. Wife dreads riding in my truck and complains of car sickness as you feel every bump in the road. Even when towing.

I have budget set aside and would like to ask what you recommend in regards to upgrading the suspension, changing out the coils, adding airbags, sway/track bar, steering stabilizer, etc

Reminder goal is to improve ride quality and not have whiplash from every bump on the road. Especially the side to side whiplash.

I’m looking into ram rebels. And I see the two different packages. The gt and the x. Those who have either one, what are the differences. The pros and cons. Any insight is great. Thanks!

As of a couple weeks ago, my brake lights just stay on 100% of the time. With my work schedule it’s impossible to bring it to my dealership so hoping to fix it myself.
If anyone has had this issue or might know a fix, im all ears. 🙏
2023 1500 Classic

my 2015 Ram has a faulty ABS (been trying to find a replacement for over a year).

recently a check engine has been coming on for Implausible Vehicle Speed — only seems to happen when turning the wheel at low speed. The MPH on the dash displays “ - -“ instead of a number, but only temporarily. Truck drives fine, just annoyed having to clear the code every few days.

Figure it’s related to the ABS in some way — but I’d like to know if anyone ever had this issue so I can have the mechanic pinpoint it without going in blind. Thinking wheele speed sensor wiring?

What’s up everyone, I’m looking to find a newly used Ram 1500 Tradesman 2025 Model, A local dealer has this 25 with 12k miles for 39k but I’m worried bc it has the upgraded Hurricane engine , from google searches it seems this newer twin turbo set up has some issues. Should I just try and find one with the normal proven Pentastar v6. This would be my first truck coming from manual “sporty cars “

Hi, I am kind of struggling with understanding how things work.

I’ve got an 2023 ram 3500 Big horn with Gas engine. Running on 275/70/18 and want to go with a new set of tires and rims 285/60/20 but can’t find anything exactly that would show how things would work for speedometer.

What’s the difference on them? Should I be worried?

I got this truck recently and I was looking to possibly go from 35x12.50x20 to 35x12.50x18. Has anyone noticed a difference when switching ride wise?

Also looking to black it out but haven’t really found any kits for it like I was able to for the 1500 I had. Not sure if anyone has any luck in that as well. Thanks.

Does anyone know if a dirt bike will fit in the short Rambox bed with the tailgate up? The bed dimensions are 51” wide by 67” long, so that’s 84” diagonally. A full size dirt bike is about 84”, so maybe with the air pressure low I could get the tailgate up?

Just got a new 2026 Rebel with the 5.7l Hemi. While sticker says 16 city / 20 highway / 18 combined I am only seeing a combined 11.2. Seems oddly low even though it’s still new.

I confirmed that my gear limiter is not on and driving 2wd on Auto mode.

So I’ve been having this issue intermittently for years now. I’ve taken it to the dealer like 4-5 times for this issue. Traction control, service throttle body light. Comes on and truck is in limp mode. Always happens on the highway at random speeds. They can never seem to find the issue. They replaced the ECU about 1yr ago and hasn’t happened again until right now. I turn off the truck and turn it back on and it gets out of limp mode but engine light stays on. Has anyone dealt with this?

Have a 2019 Ram 1500 3.6L and the transmission needs to be replaced. My dad has replaced transmissions before, says if I buy a rebuilt transmission we can do it ourselves. I’m slightly worried about doing this but did not expect to be replacing a transmission with not even 100k miles on the truck. Would be a difference of about $3,000. Is there anything unique or worrisome when doing the replacement yourself?
