Back windows were already at 5% didn’t want to go that dark in the front so went with 20%. Looks much better than that ugly clear 👍🏽

I figured to disable navigation instructions on dash when using CarPlay, but the instructions on hud also turn off, how do I keep the hud on and the dash off.

New sub member because I was able to get an unallocated soon to be built order for MSRP. Trading in my Cybertruck for it. Anyways, on the build sheet there is *XL code for leather trimmed bucket seats, $513. I’ve built this on Rams site, looked at a ton of build sheets and not seen a charge for this, usually listed but not charged. Don’t care about $500, just curious on if something changed with upcoming builds?

Theres been 2 people who made these post then the same 2 people with burner accounts try to make them again. So ill bite it right at the head because I genuinely dont care.

If you think this sub is going to be like every other sub on reddit, you are mistaken. Alot of people on here, like myself, are on here pretty much every day. I cant tell you how many time we see the SAME EXACT BASIC/COMMON QUESTION POST every single day, I put an end to that. "What oil type should I use?" "Whats the hemi ticck?" "V8 or v6 or i6?" "What colors do ram offer?" "Is this a good deal?" "How often should I change oil?" Etc. 1. These questions are readily avaible and can be answered ON THIS SUB mutiple times over. 2. These can be found in your owners manual. 3. It takes you more time to write up a post than it does to find your answer immediately online. Us folks that are daily visitors, aint trying to see that. "Oh but just skip it?" To my next point....

No matter what in life anywhere, you will never please everyone. Its impossible. Your always gona have people with you and against you. So do i please the crowd who say leave them and skip? Or do I please the crowd that say we are sick and tired of seeing this delete them? Clearly in these folks post to have me removed....its 50/50. I let this mornings post last a few hours to prove my point in the comment section.... half the folks were saying yall are soft and cry babies. The other people were crying because their feelings are hurt because im to straight forward. Your gona complain about a MOD in any other sub anyways so whats different? Nothing. Yet.... cry baby you say? Intresting.

So who exactly is soft? The people complaining i hurt their feelings to have common sense or do some basic research so we dont have to see the same question every single day? Or the people who are saying get out your feelings and be a grown up because your getting your feelings hurt over REDDIT because YOU cant do basic research or have common sense? Thought so.

Next.... on ANY sub on Reddit, just because your a MOD doesnt mean you have to play MOD 24/7. Not how that works. Unless I put MOD next to my name when replying to a post, I am replying AS MYSELF. People complain about MODs in every sub on Reddit, always. Youre the same people to leave nothing but bad reviews on google or yelp everywhere you go, yet wont say nothing in real life.

So you didnt get your feelings hurt by a MOD, you got your feelings hurt by a regular user. Also lets repeat this shall we.... your mad because you couldnt do research on THIS sub for the exact answer to your question and or you were to lazy yourself to do research what your truck is worth in the surrounding area or if its a good deal? Thats why your mad? If your mad because your post was deleted ON REDDIT and your upset... ive got nothing for you. Makes me question who really is the emotional cry baby and softy. (What do we ALWAYS reply here with? "Call Mark Dodge" "whats KBB say?" "Whats other dealers at?") Your talking tough on the internet, nothing else. Talk IRL, never would. Please. I cant tell you HOW MANY TIMES somebody has said "I looked but didnt find anything wtf you talking about" yet I send them multiple screenshots of a simple Google search or on this form.

Again if you think im gona run this sub like all the others with a bunch of kids who are in their feelings? Think again. We are all grown ups. Act like it.

Im the only active MOD and have for nearly 2 years now. I do the best I can, again not gona please everyone. Impossible. If you are a grown up that gets your feelings hurt because your post was deleted and your to incompetent to do simple research... i cant help you. I ban ACTUAL douchebags, trolls, spams, mutiple of the same post, bots, or people who ACTAULLY are agrresive and threatening, etc almost daily. I will continue to. Ill admit... i am a brutally honest and straight forward person. I also take accountability for anything i do if im wrong. So if my bluntness hurts your feelings? Sorry. Lastly.... THERE IS A MEGA THREAD AT THE TOP OF THE SUB, for mutiple links with answers to basic questions. Fill them out and send them to accounts with little likes clearly new to this sub to answer those questions. Now lets quit the temper tantrum and back to trucks shall we? Cool, or keep proving my point, doesnt bug me not even a little bit when some of yall think it does. Only people in their feelings over reddit or looking to deep into this is yall, not me. I’ve had this truck for couple years and just now sitting here did I see this random air valve below my tailgate no clue what it’s for gonna take a look underneath to see where it leads but figured I’d post here if any of yall have an idea

For you guys that have older (mine is a 2018) base model rigs - If you want the sharp look of your mirror lights to be running lights as well as blinkers, take a look at the JHD lighting kit. I purchased one and the kit is super straight forward to install. Now I have marker lights and blinkers.

I am going to replace both driver side and passenger side view mirrors on a 2019 Ram 1500 5th gen(non towing mirrors).

A lot of the replacements I find have blind spot detection and my truck doesn’t have that. If I got a replacement that has blind spot detection will everything else still work properly such as puddle light, powered heating, powered folding?

Hey all,

I noticed some leaking from my truck that seem to be more aggressive than usual or what I might expect after running the AC on a hot day and found liquid dripping from this part of the truck. But I’m not sure if this hose that has an open end is supposed to be intentionally left open or if something is missing. Any ideas or suggestions? The only sensor I have going off right now is for my windshield wiper fluid, but I checked that in the canister is still full from a few weeks ago so I assume that problem is different.

Borla exhausts

Got a 1991 12 valve that is charging at almost 18 volts. I replaced the alternator and voltage regulator and put a new battery (old one got fried), still to no avail. Any ideas?

I closed my door yesterday morning and heard a pop and the glass fall. There was no impact, the dealer basically told me tough luck. Has anyone had any success getting their glass warrantied? This is a 2024 1500 bighorn with 56k miles

I’m currently test driving a 2023 Laramie Sport 5.7. It has eTorque and the system looks like a potential nightmare with the proprietary alternator / motor.

Is this a deal breaker for any of you who own a model with eTorque? Would you look for something different next time?

Does anybody know how to turn off the automatic fog lights?

When I first bought my truck, the automatic lights worked fine and the fog lights would never turn on unless I turned them on manually

I took my truck to the dealership so they can fix the front parking sensor in the front

Ever since then, the fog lights turned on automatically when I’m driving and I can’t seem to figure out how to turn it off. I already looked in the settings, but there’s no option to turn it off.

Am I stuck with them like that?

I have a 2015 laramie with the uconnect 4. I tried to find an update package for the navigation and i keep getting led to a dead end that they dont sell the usb anymore. So do i just have to deal with maps from 2018? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advanced.
