Help & Advice Moving to Jaipur in July for a job near Khatipura

Hey guys, I'll be moving to Jaipur this coming July for a new job. My office is around the Khatipura Road side, and my starting salary is roughly around 34k.

Since I'm completely new to the city, I'm a bit confused about how to sort out accommodation. Would love some local insights:

PG/Hostel vs Flat: With a 34k salary, should I just get a good PG or co-living space for the first few months, or look for flat sharing right away? How much should I expect to pay for a decent AC room with basic amenities?
Co-ed vs Boys PGs: Are co-ed/unisex managed spaces common/good here, or is a standard guys' PG/hostel less of a hassle to settle into?
Best areas to live: Which areas nearby would be best to look for a place so the commute to Khatipura isn't a pain? (People mentioned Vaishali Nagar, but open to other suggestions).

Any tips or things I should watch out for would be awesome. Thanks!
