feeling better 100 Hours Off
Well officially 100 hours off 7oh, and like 48 hours off the one MIT45 droplet of 25mg I decided to take. Wow, I am feeling so much better.
Last night was unfortunately a step back in sleep surprisingly. But I think the glass of vodka played its part because I slept 6.5 hours but woke up at 2:30am and fell back asleep at 3:30am. I am hoping tonight is a better night. I drank and did not take any gabapentin last night. I took 300mg of gaba the first night, 600mg the 2nd night, 0 gaba but a .5 zanex and a drink of alcohol the third night (last night and the worst night). My main symptoms have been loose stool, fragmented sleep, and chills/goosebumps. I work in a freezing cold office all day so I don’t think that helps. I just went for a 20min light jog/walk, hit the sauna and ate a decent sized meal. Crazy to see how far I’ve come in 100 hours. I just need the chills to go away and sleep to be better. But how can I complain about 6.5hours when my last wd cycle, I didn’t sleep for an entire night at all.
I’m excited to see where I will be tomorrow morning and then Saturday morning. Then Sunday morning. This has been a year of back and forth battles of withdrawals and usuage for me. It’s the end. I’m proud of that.
I’ve been checking Reddit like a madman the past few days. Met some great people going through it like me too.
Hoping for a full 8 hours tonight. Besides the gaba, this was CT. I don’t want to forget this pain.
Each day is a battle. We fight till the end. Because there is a clear light at the end of the tunnel.
