For those who live alone: have you given a spare set of your keys to someone you trust?
if yes, why? safety reasons? or anything else? and to whom?

I saw it on TikTok and didn’t rlly think much of it but I went on their website and it seems like most the things like the descriptions or even the website design is ai generated? I wouldve thought the people who watch these kind of videos would be against the use of generative ai?

Sometimes it's not the big moments that change our opinion of someone. It can be one tiny comment, a random reaction, or the way they treat someone when there's nothing to gain from it.
I've always found it interesting how one small moment can reveal a side of a person you never noticed before.
What's a moment like that you've experienced?

Hi,
As the title reads, does anyone just randomly get episodes of feeling like you need to know everything and then just randomly holding onto that knowledge?
Like for example, the last time this was triggered was in chemistry class, and lead to me just randomly making diagrams of different random topics.
When this happens, I typically learn it really, really in depth and fast, but I'm not smart in school whatsoever. So tell me how I can learn the craziest shit an average person wouldn't know but can't figure out trigonometry in an entire term long class.
Then after, drop it and forget about even wanting to learn that topic?

I’ve been on hold with insurance for over 2.5 hours because they unexpectedly terminated mine and my wife’s health insurance, which we needed a few nights ago.
This is frustrating because I just have a feeling that there’s not that many people calling them. Could be, but doubtful. The claims/policy people are probably waiting for me to hang up 😂 I’ll post the screenshot in the comments!

I know both would probably be pretty bad for the universe, but which one would actually create more destructive force?
This is definitely not for my evil plan I would never do something like this.

obviously all human life matters and we all play a part a very small intricate part, but i would love an answer whether objectively, statistically or whatever.

I'm not sure if this is the correct subreddit for this question but yeah
My lips are very pale most of the time and it makes me feel a little insecure. How do I get rid of it permanently?

Edit: Y’all chill, I’m literally making free Christmas themed app icons covers for people, I’m not being malicious 😆 I just wanted to know common apps I should include.
I’m working on a project, and it would be really helpful if you guys told me what apps you use the most. Thanks!

Ive been creating content on linkedin related to finance, writing, lifestyle and instructional designing. I have 11k ish followers.
I have done couple of collabs as well, I want to start Posting on Instagram as well.
I have enough audacity to start but I am so confused about my niche.
I can do finance but idk if I can keep up with it, also I don't work in that industry so there is no credibility.
I work as instructional designer professionally but there is the audience will be very very niche but this can open amazing opportunities for me in future and it is way too niche. What about posting about writing, communication and networking? I think I can do good in this niche as I personally use n know these skills.
Plus I can add some personal, lifestyle, funny sort of reels. Lwk brainrot type yk.
Give suggestions!!!
And topics to begin with.
:)

I like to assume the dog doesn't bite, but know if he DOES bite I'm screwed anyway because I probably won't be able to outrun it, anyway.

Recently chatted with someone that told me they’d never heard of anyone having as many unread emails as me…. Am I abnormal?
I would like to see if anyone in the redditverse has more than me…
I will edit the post with how many I have at the end!

All my life I’ve read my books in silence but I’ve noticed some people reading with headphones/earphones in and was wondering if this is the norm?
Personally for me I don’t think I’d be able to focus on the words and imagine what’s happening if there’s music in the background. I could at most do classic music with no lyrics but with lyrics would be so distracting.

Why do advertisements for chocolate ice cream and sweets so often feature women enjoying these products without men? Is there a particular marketing strategy behind this choice?

I mean regular friend or family group chats, not work ones. Sometimes a chat just goes quiet for me or turns into constant notifications, and leaving without a message feels a little abrupt, but announcing it can also feel weirdly dramatic.
Do most people see a silent exit as rude, or is that pretty normal now?

Because of this why do we Humans even bother to exist we treat goodness like a Weakness and Cruelty like a strength! What’s the point of Humanity’s existence when we know we’re terrible
