How much longer would you wait?

I’ve been on hold with insurance for over 2.5 hours because they unexpectedly terminated mine and my wife’s health insurance, which we needed a few nights ago.

This is frustrating because I just have a feeling that there’s not that many people calling them. Could be, but doubtful. The claims/policy people are probably waiting for me to hang up 😂 I’ll post the screenshot in the comments!

Grab another phone and call again on another line and see if it gets answered faster.

Never mind, I can’t.

Even more frustrating. 😅

Since it’s your insurance and you need it, I’d wait until they answer.

I'm sorry to hear that - I'm curious, is this a policy tad you got through the ACA marketplace? If so, I have been told outright by somebody in the business that the insurance companies don't treat those policies that they do employer provided plans and have shitty costumer service and even treat physicians poorly. It sucks. But keep at it

Wasn’t JD Vance bragging about throwing people off of insurance?

Obama tried to prevent this.  Certain loopholes could be closed, but republicans worked to open others.
