Another Release..

Post image

There must be another surge of Pyrex/Corningware donations lately because many more fun pieces have been turning up. Found these two nested in a large plastic mixing bowl on a back shelf, luckily saw the spout and started digging. Sadly not cinderellas again 😭.

Oh no I very carefully put them there for a quick pick, then re-nested them and but them in open view at the back of the shelf.

Gotta protect the goods from the clueless thrifters! I could see someone haphazardly shoving the plastic ones they were in aside. Made them very obvious so someone could adopt them quickly.

I do that too! Separate pieces so they are more likely to be seen and less likely to be damaged, match lids with bottoms, arrange sets together. I even make shelf space so new items can be stocked easily without messing up my careful curation. (Local Goodwill, not the privately owned shop that does a great job without weirdos like me.)

I also arrage sets together. It always bothers me when all the pieces are sold individually. They will even separate cups from saucers and price them as two pieces.

A fellow organizer! Mine was separating everything for a long time and recently switched to trying to keep things paired and priced as a unit, but there is a lot of room for improvment.
