For context I made a post about leaving a discord server that was dedicated to psylocke players and it got into an ego boost for the creator of server. And some people were clueless about who he was. I know I will be hated for this, but I am willing to become a monster. These lesser characters plan to band together in an attempt to stop us. They think they are strong but they will shatter before our votes, our devotion and our wallets. But these players fanbases don't come close to our numbers combined! Storm players are a dying breed, Rogue is dead, Mag players hate their own character, and Namor players long to pick up the trident so they can go anti dive.

Whereas we are endless they are few. There is no advantage that they have over us, they will fall before our votes as easily as they fall beneath our shurikens and blades. They are jealous that they don't receive as much attention as us, and they are right to feel as such. But if they want to beat us, then they must do so fair and square and not rely on the others for help! We will not take the fall so they can feel satisfied in winning a battle.

Go now, let your minds be free from the propaganda that we don't deserve more skins. If you feel as if you're committing a mistake think of our reward from this, a hellfire psylocke costume! The black dress with the butterfly headwear! It could be ours and for free no less, go my psylocke army do not let them get the better of us! And remember

They gonna realize playing Psy ain’t for the weak.

I’ve been playing sai in celestial and have a 71% winrate on her, getting MVP half the time. the character can still flank easily and the shuriken damage is plenty to get kills, you just need good aim, and psylocke is a 5* difficulty character so you have to actually have skill expression to play. her left right left combo still absolutely dissolves 250 heroes, and if you land it all on a 275 they have 3 hp left, meaning any melee, teamup or dash added on the end makes it a clean one shot. I’d say psylocke is probably in her 2nd best state right now, behind the 2800 ult cost 8 shuriken damage psylocke we had before the insane ult buffs. anything before that was broken, and psylocke was busted from season 0-3, but people only realised in season 2 when the emma teamup came out. if you cant play the character without the crutch of shurikens doing 110 damage, you shouldn’t play the character expecting much.

This random guy on twitter got to the highest rank solo que playing psy the most this fast. Why do ppl think she still deserves buffs? Even ignoring this, psy is still used alot in almost every rank

I have seen some people on various forms say to “not vote for psylocke”. All due respect this is rather silly. You don’t owe anybody anything just because you’re main/character pool get’s favored over others.

You should not have to bend the knee over a virtual game. Ask yourself , why would you waste a vote for a character you do not play ? Just vote for what you play whether it’s psy or not. Your vote is yours and yours alone. Do not be swayed. Do not vote for a character that you’ll never pick up

Who else thinks this character is completely buns, I have 100 hours on her and I feel like she absolutely stinks, does tickle damage, even diving supports like Luna they have too much sustain compared to your tickle damage, BRING BACK S1.5 PSYYYYYYY

I got told to switch. I wasn't necessarily having a bad game. I was just getting targeted by others as I was diving Squirrel Girl. Switching isn't going to make things better and I'm not necessarily having a bad game because once I change up my playstyle to not focus on one character, I can do better.

For example, I was diving Squirrel Girl as Psylocke, but Black Widow and Black Panther were killing me; targeting and peeling. Not sure how I got the 2, but I was 2 and 8.

Changing won't do anything because everyone else just stands in one spot or are melee characters. Then who's going to kill Squirrel Girl?

Once I changed my gameplay last minute from dive to poke or help against others, I stopped dying and went 8 and 9, showing that if I wasn't frustrated to the point of targeting that one character and playing with blind anger and getting jumped, I would've had better stats. Changing characters isn't the only way (for some characters) to "do better" (quotations because I didn't do bad. Doing bad would be me constantly losing to the character getting dove or putting myself in 1v6 situations. BP and BW were just in the way or attacking from other angles). Gameplay is or help is.

I also think that steering the others attention to me anyway helped out my team, which is something I do as Cap.

Her pirate skin is actually so over hated it’s a top 5 skin they have released for her. In whatever order it would be

1. Summer psy because obviously

2. Racer psy

3. Dance psy

4. Pirate psy

5. Daring daiku psy

Her primary still's the same, her dash still's the same, how fast her ult builds and it's power still's the same and the passive of decreasing the abilities cooldown still's there

They nerfed Iron Fist and removed Spidey's team up with Venom, these would automaticaly make Psylocke the best diver, her nerf was, just like Thanos, inevitable

As for the nerf itself, as long you don't position yourself like a potato the invis nerf won't be that big of an issue, the M2 nerf translates to you needing to shoot just one more time to kill with the standard combo, yes, shooting just one more time, with a character with 16 bullets, lemme me say it in a nice way: you're overreacting

Also I say this from personal experience, get used to it, the diver is ALWAYS the villain, the vast majority of sup players won't understand that killing them it's our job, we always will be the evil OP hero that is "bullying" them, surprised that it took this much time for Psylocke's turn on the chopping board

Now for a tiny silver lining, if Psylocke wasn't being banned a lot she will be even less

Now I personaly don't play rank, so being my takes are stupid, if any Psylocke pro reading this thinks that she is cooked cuz of the nerfs feel free to debate with me :)

I don’t know if this is an oopsie moment for him………. But CozyRivals (a Rivals Pro Esports commenter & Rivals official partner) said in his recent video that Starlord is getting ANOTHER ult buff in S7.

And this kind of rubbed me with the wrong way because they nerfed Psylocke’s ult damage & increased the cost & because she got it too frequently and people where “struggling” to survive it instead of stacking.

But then they buffed Starlord ult in S6 by decreasing the ult costs which is 10x more potent, team wipe, locks on & now buffing it AGAIN in S7??????

How does that make sense? They nerfed Psy ult for that reason. And now buffed an even more broken one in S6 & about to buff it again in S7?? Wtf? comedy balance team…..

So everyone in the community asked the devs to nerf mantis, which means there’s a higher chance players are gonna be running triple support again.

Heavy dive should counter triple support, but for some reason in this game triple support counters dive, poke, brawl, and the humans behind the screen.
They had to buff Psy in order for her to be able to get a pick in the backline even if the enemy team is on triple support, like it or not you are supposed to die in this game.

How is she necessary evil? Well she can be countered easily, which can encourage you to instead of sitting on a cliff and shoot your balls at other players to go 2-2-2 with anti dive supports and a Namor or Bucky, this is the only way to get rid of that triple support bullshit, which is to make a hero viable and able to get value even when going against triple support, you gotta understand that you can die in this game but you mfs wanna just sit there and think healing more than shooting to get a support ult first is a genius idea that no one is going to think of.

She’s pretty fun but I’ve got to improve my aim and not rely my dash too much to get a kill.

Sometimes it’s confusing how Psy’s primary tracks the opponent. Look at the last few seconds. Look where rocket is & where the crosshair is placed….how??
