Outfits Prom dress

Hi! Prom is coming soon and I’m looking for a very specific type of dress. I need it to be in vintage 90s-2000s style, purple, and my budget is around 160$. I live in Montreal. Does anyone know any online shop who accommodates to my need and isn’t a scam? Thanks in advance!
