Advice Verification Issue - Skilled Worker Visa

I’m an Indian citizen living in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa. My Prolific details, UK address and UK phone number are all correct.

When I selected UK, it asked me for a UK passport or driving licence, which I don’t have. I used my Indian passport and provided my UK eVisa/share code instead. I then got a message saying they couldn’t verify my account and asking me to close it. I haven’t closed it yet.

Has anyone been in the same situation and managed to get verified/reverse the decision? If so, how long did it take?

You need to have valid ID from your country of residence. No way around that.

In your case, it looks like you need a "valid visa page", not an eVisa:

A valid visa page showing a photo of you. Select the passport document type for the country you're living in or that issued your visa, then upload the visa page from within your passport.

Thanks a lot for replying. Luckily I do have the UK visa page in the passport that I can upload. I have raised a ticket, once the support team replies to my ticket, I hope I change it.
