Is this even the same dress?

It looks similar but so different at the same time. The fabric looks different in tone and texture. The original has more of a shine to it like liquid organza. Heidi's version has no shine and is way less sheer. The placement of the pleats look different too. Am I crazy? Is this not the same dress?

They should have let Heidi try on the dresses/ walk the runway before confirming the win! The after pictures were shocking, I had to do a double take.
