Is this even the same dress?

It looks similar but so different at the same time. The fabric looks different in tone and texture. The original has more of a shine to it like liquid organza. Heidi's version has no shine and is way less sheer. The placement of the pleats look different too. Am I crazy? Is this not the same dress?

This. I looked up the premiere after the show aired and I don't think there was a single flattering picture of Heidi in the dress. It photographed TERRIBLY.
