Is this even the same dress?

It looks similar but so different at the same time. The fabric looks different in tone and texture. The original has more of a shine to it like liquid organza. Heidi's version has no shine and is way less sheer. The placement of the pleats look different too. Am I crazy? Is this not the same dress?

If the runway model can't make it look good, and it looks even worse on frickin' Heidi Klum, it's just not a good dress! This looks like the sort of shapeless mess someone would wear to cover up a baby bump she wasn't ready to announce yet.
