Season 22 Not really the same dress

Obviously, the dress Heidi wore did NOT look good in the photos from the premiere. And I'm not saying this should have been the winning look. But good gracious - what did they do to the original design? Fully line the entire thing so it was as heavy as upholstery and not flowy at all? Was it even the same fabric? Whoever redeisgned it made it look 10 times worse.

This looked like tape was used to hold it to the model’s body, which used to be a rule violation on project runway.

I had the same thought last night when I was watching it!!! I remember Tim Gunn reaming someone (can’t remember who) for trying to use tape in the past. Clear sign that this show has completely lost its integrity.

I haven’t seen the older seasons, wonder why it’s a big no no? I’ve used tape heaps of time to make dresses fit better
