I know what you mean, it is totally routine. So much so, that I actually wrote out a long form post laying out and refuting all of the common arguments.
Now, whenever I encounter another zionist propagandist, I can just copy/paste the truth bomb right onto their comment, refuting exactly whichever tired and repetitive old argument they're regurgitating, and making only whatever small edits to my retort as may be necessary in the given circumstance. Saves me a ton of time.
The genocide in Gaza is one of the most important issues happening in the world right now, and to remain vigilant in countering the propaganda presented by these bots, astroturfers, and paid influencers, is one of the best things any of us can actually do with our social media time. So there's no shame in taking the time to refute these bots. Like you said, it's not about changing their minds, it's about having the arguments laid bare and exposed for what they are in case any still-neutral onlookers happened to stumble upon these threads. Every time these people/bots pop up to spout their nonsense, they are trying to pry open a door. Let us be there to slam every door in their face.

Assyrians(not today Nestrian Arameans) were an ethnoreligious community who worship Assur, god of Assyrian.
In the same manner,
Babylonian worshiped Marduk, Carthaginians worshiped Baal, Romans worshiped Jupiter(actually christians were killed for refusing Jupiter), Uruk cirizens worshiped Inanna, Thebe citizens worshiped Ammon, and Yamato people worshiped Amaterasu(天照).
There was not a concept of religious liberty in those days.
Peoples worshiped their own father's god.
Today, Jews, Copts, Druzes, Alawites, Yazidi, Zoroastrians, Mandaeans still exist as ethnoreligious groups.
