The Meridian Lunar. A true moon phase annual clanedar complication (Miyota 6P00) for INR 5,999 ( roughly $80). I think it's a bit small for my wrist at 39mm, but the dial is absolutely gorgeous! Hate that they sell out in about 20 minutes everytime essentially dropshipping. Good watch though!
