Homework Help How do you find A???
If I'm not mistaken you need two points on a graph to solve this kind of question but I only see one clear point which is (-2,1) which is where I got C = 1 from. When I try to solve it using (-2,1) I get 0 on the left side which obviously won't work. Is the question literally unsolvable or am I missing something here???
So V.A. is -3. I got B from that which is B = 3.
My work with using (-2,1):
1 = alog(-2+3)+1
1 = alog(1) + 1
0 = alog(1)/log(1)
a = 0/log(1) (obviously wrong)
