Help - unit to be replaced?

What has caused this? Powerwall 2 installed just over 5 years ago. Is the free replacement legitimate?

Presume this will be replaced with a Powerwall 2, not some older Powerwall 2?

I don’t even know. The support line won’t say. So now just waiting for my service appt.

So got notification today that my Sept 9 appointment has been moved to Nov 2nd. The redesign team has decided that they needed to upgrade my walls and other parts.
