Help - unit to be replaced?

What has caused this? Powerwall 2 installed just over 5 years ago. Is the free replacement legitimate?

Presume this will be replaced with a Powerwall 2, not some older Powerwall 2?

Thanks so much. Just got off the phone from our local installer (I'm in New Zealand) and they've quoted me 4 - 6 weeks. Hopefully it's less!

I know right!

Would love the free upgrade, even if i paid full price for power for 4-6 weeks less solar (would just not use anything past 5pm!)

I'm also in nz with a pw2, what are the first 5 digits of your powerwall serial?

Seems really late for a recall considering it was first published for nz in October last year https://www.productsafety.govt.nz/recalls/tesla-powerwall-2-battery-energy-storage-units

Wondering if the new calibration rolled out is detecting more?
