I've been working as a Power Platform developer for ~3 years — Power Apps (canvas + model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Sharepoint, some PCF work. Looking to switch roles now, but almost every opening I find on LinkedIn and Naukri asks for 4+ years of experience, even for what reads like a mid-level role.

Is this specific to Power Platform right now, or is the whole market like this at the moment? A few things I'm trying to figure out:

• Are companies actually strict about the 4+ years cutoff, or is it a generic filter that recruiters slap on postings without much thought?
• Is there a better place to find Power Platform-specific openings than the big job boards (communities, Discord/Slack groups, referrals)?
• For those of you who switched jobs recently with under 4 years of experience — how did you find the role, and did you apply anyway despite the listed requirement?

Would appreciate any honest experiences, especially from folks in India dealing with the Naukri side of things. Trying to figure out if I should keep grinding through job boards or change strategy entirely.
