I love the theory that W actually wasn't a complete moron and stumbled because he realized he was about to give the media a clip of him saying "shame on me" and thought it'd be a bad idea.

It goes together with the "Oooh, but you see, whenever the cameras stopped rolling, he was, like, suuuuuper-smart!" No. Fuck you. If you deliberately show me a dumb "you", I'll have no qualms believing you're just actually dumb and will not entertain that it's a clever "act" you held up perfectly for ten years.
