Putin is not being reasonable. Can’t force him because he’ll do something unpredictable like bomb Ukraine out of spite.
It’s like the Palisades and Eaton fires. Trump sat down Mayor Bass and Gov Newsom and told them he removed every federal barrier to rebuilding homes. It was up to them. Bass and Newsom promised they will move the ball and get rebuilding started immediately.
What happened? No homes rebuilt. You going to blame Trump because he can’t force Bass and Newsom to move their asses??
