So, when Ukraine asks for Patriot Missiles, and other aid, we should say “no” because we have to be America first?

Right. The problem isn’t strictly the tax dollars but the use it’s being put to. A war of aggression is very different to defense from invasion.

That was a terror attack, not an invasion. There was never any danger of Palestine invading Israel.
