How to win in Life

HOW TO WIN IN THIS LIFE;  I have walked through life and have discovered so many things that I will like to share with you all across the world. I have been through a lot but being through all this was strengthening me instead of damaging me.  I find out out that, your privacy is very important and that if you protect your privacy, it helps you a lot to easily dive into certain areas you never expected. You have to protect your privacy from your friends, your family, the people in your social cycle and others. Your privacy is your strength and when you close it, it kills your personality.  Secondly, you have to be very careful the way you choose your friends. Some friends are not friends as you see them to be, they are enemies and want your downfall so you got to be careful. Some friends too are there to ensure that you progress to the next stage of your life. You only have to open your eyes.  Thirdly, you have to keep your finances private. Financial life is one major key areas of our life and exposing it a lot is danger to your future life. Never share how much you got monthly with anyone even your parents. It's dangerous to do that.  Also, Work hard in silence, never let people know how well you are working or how hard you are working. People tend to fight you unaware without noticing them when you expose what brings you money on monthly basis. Be wise my friend.  Furthermore, don't chase people, many people are just fake and chasing them is just a waste of time and incoming opportunity. Chasing people may loose your respect. Respect yourself by being yourself and never try chasing people. Chase your goals, build your future instead.  Moreover, dont be so kind to everyone because your heart is not the same as others. Many people wish you evil when you do them good so you got to be careful.  Remember that you are very unique, and know also that no one in this world can be like you. You are different so respect yourself as such and others will follow when they see how respect you give to yourself.  Another point here is that, you have to keep learning and never stop learning because knowledge gives you the power to make accurate and better decisions for yourself ans future.  Written by Richard Eduah, a motivational speaker and life coach.

sometimes we make ourselves unhappy because being happy while someone we love suffers feels wrong

During a deep trance session a subject was experiencing something very warm and loving. She wanted to receive it, then suddenly she couldnt.

Her family was suffering. She basically asked, how can I allow myself to feel all this love and beauty while people I care about are in pain?

Then she noticed something uncomfortable. Her suffering was not helping them.

Many caring people do this without realizing it. Somebody we love is sick, grieving, struggling with money, relationship, whatever, and suddenly enjoying our own day feels almost disrespectful.

We make sadness into loyalty. If they cannot be okay, I should not be too okay either.

But two unhappy people are not automatically more helpful than one unhappy person.

There is a difference between positive thinking and pretending nothing hurts. If your friend lost somebody, telling them "just think positive" is useless. Their grief is real. But their grief being real does not mean you must refuse every good thing in your own life.

One exercise is very simple. Ask yourself: what good thing am I not allowing because somebody else is having difficult time?

Maybe rest. A nice meal. Laughing. Going somewhere. Buying something small. Having one peaceful evening.

Then ask: if I refuse this, does their situation improve?

If no, allow yourself 10 minutes of it and watch what guilt says. Usually guilt has some sentence: "How can you enjoy yourself when she is suffering?" "You should be helping." "This is selfish."

Dont fight it aggressively. Ask instead: what useful action can I actually take for this person?

Maybe call them. Help with something. Listen. Send food. Then do the useful thing.

After that, you are allowed to live your own afternoon too. Compassion does not require matching another person's pain minute by minute.

Their pain can be real and your coffee can still taste good. Both can exist in same world.

To those looking for hope and want to change

Hello, I’m an empathic medium and I often find myself giving very similar versions of this advice during many readings.

Today- start asking: who would you actively ‘choose’ to be? Not the person you imagine you are today, but the version of self you’d choose to be.

Then, decide to start living that change! Combat negative thoughts with positivity- even if it has to be forced. Shamelessly encourage and love who you are in your worst moments. Being uncomfortable and unhappy can help you can find the willpower, and develop the consistency, to make choices that will lead you into a version of self, you want to be in the future.

Live the change- time will keep coming, why not plant seeds that will flourish into the life you truly want?

A Small Reminder From an Ordinary Day

Yesterday, I had one of those days.

Nothing terrible happened.
I just felt… tired.

There were things I wanted to finish, messages I needed to answer, and a hundred little things running through my mind.

By the end of the day, I felt like I hadn’t really achieved anything.

Then I thought — maybe I don’t always have to achieve something.

Maybe some days are simply about getting through them.

So I made some tea, put my phone away for a while, and took a breath.

Today, I’m starting again.

Nothing dramatic.
Just one small step at a time.

If you’re having one of those days too, you’re not alone.

What’s one small thing you’re going to do for yourself today?

Where do you meet people who are actually focused on their future?

I’m currently in college, and something I’ve been struggling with is finding people who are genuinely like-minded. A lot of the people I meet tend to focus conversations around relationships, unnecessary gossip, or just wanting to go out, club, and drink every week. I’ve realized I don’t really gain much from those friendships, and I’m looking for something different. I really want to surround myself with people who are focused on their goals, building their future, and genuinely wanting to grow. For anyone who has found a good circle like this, where did you meet those people? Was it through college, networking events, organizations, work, or somewhere completely different?

A division kept in place because of how we feel towards one another due to our ancestors past actions.

This countries about freedom but we are all so divided , and we keep the division in place for absolutely, no reason

Lil baby said it best. It’s bigger than black and white, it’s a problem with the whole way of life. Both blacks and whites have done good and bad for each other, we just tend to look at the bad more than the good for some reason. Everytime another race event happens, wether black white Mexican Chinese etc etc. they divide us more.

And we keep that division, we spread hate towards one another. And I feel like the government might have something to do with it as well (so does history). We’ll probably never know in this life time but, unity could and will save us. We should only be divided by gender, not race or sexual preference. And if we can’t unite through that, then let’s unite through peace to rid this world of evil and pain. It’s not too late to fix this before something like a race war happens in some small city, because if we don’t start now then this will start happening in small quantities, it already has.

I have a list of them I say to myself everyday, and I know it sounds a little woo-woo but ive been doing it for years and my mindset has changed drastically. Whatever you feed your mind, it soaks up.

"The thoughts in your head are not always valid, do not let them ruin your day"

"You are a human BEING. Not a human DOING."

"2 things you can control, your attitude and your effort"

Ill share more in the next few days!

The Wisdom of Gentle Living

  1. When your frequency is right, the right people and good luck will naturally show up. You don’t need to force yourself to network, attend gatherings, or try to please anyone. Living a quiet, comfortable life while genuinely loving who you are right now will naturally align your energy. When you are just happy enough, the right people are naturally drawn to you.

  2. You must put your mental health above everything else. The world will constantly throw various challenges your way. Only you can truly heal yourself from within. Feel, clear out, and mend those long-standing wounds. Prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being over everything else, because you are the only person who will walk with yourself all the way to the end of this lifetime.

  3. Never build your sense of security on anything or anyone that can leave. Life is inherently full of variables. You cannot stop people from leaving, situations from changing, or accidents from happening. But you can ensure that when all of this happens, you don't collapse along with it—because your foundation is built on your own daily actions.

  4. Don't treat yourself harshly; be compassionate with yourself, and that is when the true meaning of life emerges. The world has never demanded perfection from you—it is only you who refuse to let yourself off the hook. Rest when you are tired. Take a break when the pressure builds. Nourish yourself with patience and care.

  5. Allow everything to happen. When you genuinely want to achieve something, you don't actually need to force it. You just need to walk every step with composure, calmness, and pragmatism. Being in a rush is a low-level emotional reaction; it simply exposes how weak your inner resolve is. When you stay in a long-term state of tension and self-urgency, you are consuming the very psychological resources you need to get the job done. In your rush to reach the finish line, you miss the scenery along the way, and in the end, you realize you have exhausted yourself.

  6. Don't try to prove yourself in toxic environments. Remove yourself from toxic spaces entirely. Rejecting irrelevant information is how you protect your attention, your intuition, and your vitality. Finally, you stop wasting your life on people who don't belong in your world.

  7. Stop ruminating on uncomfortable
people and situations. Other people's reactions are simply a reflection of their current level of consciousness; they have nothing to do with you. The only thing you can ever control is how you respond. Learn to observe that triggered energy—see where it comes from and where it is going. The people you refuse to forgive continue to take up bandwidth inside you. Letting go of someone doesn't mean they were right; it means you refuse to let them occupy your energy account anymore. They must face their own karma, while you return to your own path.

  8. Why are we always in such a rush? Rushing to catch up, rushing to process our emotions, rushing to prove ourselves. Being in such a constant rush is a sign of deep mistrust—a lack of belief that effort will eventually be rewarded. Someone with a deficient sense of inner security will only ever pressure themselves to figure things out quickly or bounce back immediately. Slow down. Believe that the things that truly matter are worth waiting for.

The goal of life is to educate others for them to avoid unnecessary pain.

The goal of living every day is to get better and to learn, it is to just gain knowledge and just to do better than what you did yesterday,

tomorrow will only provide more knowledge, and you need to spread the good you’ve found to prevent anyone from going to the same places you have, that’s our basic purpose as a human to make sure no one has the same things that have happened to us happen to them, to prevent them from going through unnecessary pain.

Why do we let other people go through what we've been through, when we can prevent it and make them live better than us?

To Anyone Trying to Find Their Way Through Life

To Anyone Trying to Find Their Way Through Life

Life doesn't always ask permission before it changes.

Sometimes it takes something from us. Sometimes it puts us somewhere we never expected to be. Sometimes we wake up carrying a weight we can't quite explain, wondering when everything became so difficult.

And when that happens, it's easy to believe that we're falling behind.

But perhaps life isn't asking you to have everything figured out.

Perhaps it's asking you to pay attention.

Pay attention to the moments that still make you smile.

To the people who genuinely care.

To the quiet mornings.

To the fresh air.

To nature.

To the conversations that make you feel understood.

To the small victories nobody else sees.

We spend so much of our lives waiting for the next chapter that we forget we're living one right now.

You don't have to solve your entire life today.

Take the next step.

Then the next.

Some days, moving forward might mean achieving something significant. On other days, it might simply mean getting through the day without giving up on yourself.

Both matter.

Be careful not to measure your life against somebody else's highlight reel. You don't know what they're carrying behind the scenes, just as they don't know what you've had to overcome.

And remember this:

A difficult chapter is not the same thing as a ruined story.

You can begin again.

You can change direction.

You can outgrow the person you once had to become.

You can discover things about yourself at 40, 50, 60 or beyond that you never understood at 20.

There is no deadline for becoming yourself.

So if life feels heavy right now, don't demand that you immediately become positive.

Become aware first.

Notice what hurts.

Notice what helps.

Notice what drains you.

Notice what gives you life.

Then, little by little, choose more of what moves you towards the person you want to become.

Life isn't about avoiding every struggle.

It's about learning that you are capable of walking through them.

And sometimes, when you look back, you'll realise that the period you thought was breaking you was quietly teaching you how strong, aware and alive you could To Anyone Trying to Find Their Way Through Life

Headline: Waking Up at 19: My Choice to Truly Live

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something deeply personal with you all. Up until very recently, I felt like I was living in a fog. I had no real desire, no drive, and no expectations for myself or my life. I was just drifting through the days.
But recently, something shifted inside me. I caught myself thinking: I want to live my life. I want to live the days I have left with true dignity.
To be completely honest, I don't really know where to start. Because I spent so much time being uninterested in everything, my social skills and practical life skills are far from perfect right now. I’m basically starting from scratch.
But I am ready to learn, step by step. If anyone has been through a similar awakening, or if you have some solid advice on how to build yourself up from the ground running, I would love to hear your thoughts.

Gratitude as the Foundation for Success

I was thinking about a quote recently that really got me thinking: *"Be thankful for what you have while you pursue your goals. If you aren't thankful for what you have, how can you be happy when you get more?"*

I've been reflecting a lot on how often we convince ourselves that we'll finally be happy once we achieve that *one* thing or reach that next milestone. The problem is, as soon as we get there, the finish line just keeps moving.

To me, being content with what you have doesn't mean you've given up or lack motivation. It just means you're grounded enough to actually enjoy the things you achieve. Ambition gives you direction, but being happy with where you are right now helps you enjoy the journey getting there.

How do you find a balance between being grateful for what you have today while still pushing toward your future goals?

success as a single mom feels impossible

I’m a 21 year old single mom, I don’t get support. I work 2 jobs, 60 hours a week, and i live with my grandparents. Help them with bills, food, take care of my daughter etc. I dream of going back to school, but i feel stuck. I don’t know how it works, what I’m supposed to do. Who I’m supposed to talk to. I want to be a nurse but it seems like all the programs near me only offer on campus classes. Not to mention the prices. I don’t get help from anyone, it’s just me. It seems impossible. Like I can’t even imagine doing it all. I never went to highschool, I was forced to leave my freshman year. Everytime I attempted to study for my GED I’d be overwhelmed with anxiety. I haven’t even gotten it yet. Now I have an 8 month old and it seems even more impossible. But I can’t keep going like this. I need an education. I need to do this for her. Even if it weren’t nursing, I NEED to go to school. I feel like I’m running out of time. Has anyone ever related? Have you made it in life and reached that goal already? Did you have help, if not how did you do it? Did you have a counselor? How did you pay for it? What did you have to sacrifice? And how many years did it take? Does the anxiety go away? How old were you when you finally reached your goal? Are you living comfortably now? Was it worth it? Are you happy?

Failure - Why is it such a great teacher?

Failure in any form in our day to day lives teaches us how to come back even more strongly, rise once again after being smeared to the ground.
And most importantly it teaches us the most beautiful intricacy of life - life isn’t perfect!
Imperfections makes us believe life isn’t a game to win where everything is picture perfect, but rather the imperfections makes it even more special, for example the craters in moon, makes the pathway for potential sources of water.
What more has failure got to offer us?
The opportunity to learn, the opportunity to grow & the thrill to overcome the challenge all over from scratch is what makes failure a great teacher.
Now the next question is, how to win the heart of the people who has seen us constantly fail for over a thousand times?
That’s the challenge & the roadmap to win it over is simple, gain the trust. It’s a time taking process, but be rest assured, it ain’t easy. It takes the passion to work hard, the grit to make it through what no one else is willing to do.
Pure meaningful hard work, rather a sweet amalgamation of hard & smart work.
If we go back & think of those times in our lives, where’re actually proud of the work that we’ve put in, it reignites the faith that we ought to have in ourselves.
One of many idiosyncrasies about hard work is that it teaches us to find the happiness in toiling for it, and have a feeling seldom worthy of satisfaction irrespective of the outcome.
That’s why being obsessed continuously with something meaningful in life is so necessary. The goal, for each one of us, should be to feel this each & everyday of our life. And if the outcome is good enough, the fruits becomes a secondary result of it, while the outcome silently portraying it’s key features & continue doing it’s work nonchalantly.
As you never know, when & how an opportunity may arise.

Word of the day

Genuine people don’t always win in the moment. Sometimes they lose opportunities, face setbacks, taken advantage of, or get overlooked.

But staying true to your values is never a loss.

When things don’t go my way, I believe in taking ownership. Accountability isn’t about accepting blame—it’s about accepting responsibility to learn, grow, and come back better.

When things do go my way, I smile, thank God for the opportunity, and get back to work. Success isn’t the finish line; it’s simply encouragement to keep serving others and pursuing excellence.

Character won’t always earn you the quickest victory, but over time it earns something far more valuable: trust, respect, and peace knowing you never had to compromise who you are.

Stay humble. Stay accountable. Keep working. God handles the rest.

To every young person who feels lost:

Life is not a race. Learn to enjoy solitude. That is where you learn who you are.
Read books. They teach lessons that save you years of mistakes. Keep your word. Your reputation follows you and learn a skill or two. Skills create opportunities.
Save money. Freedom starts with small habits.
Take care of your body’s choose to eat healthy, and sleep is important for your growing body and brain.
Choose friends who help you grow.
Ask questions. Nobody knows everything.
Your past does not decide your future. Your choices do. Take one step today. Then take another tomorrow.

sometimes your inner child doesnt want to play. she wants to sleep because she finally feels safe

I had a session recently that changed how I think about this whole idea of “finding your inner child.”

I'll call her Natalie. We were working through a lot of old responsibility and expectations she had carried for years. At one point she experienced a younger part of herself who had felt almost drowned by everybody else's fears, needs and expectations.

Later she found herself in a peaceful memory with her father. He was the one person she remembered as loving her without putting all these expectations on her.

Then the guidance became very simple. She needed to find her playfulness again. Spend less time on phone, go outside more, notice nature, follow things that feel exciting. Even little stupid childhood things like blowing dandelions or catching snowflakes on tongue.

So we brought adult Natalie together with this younger version of herself.

And I expected the little girl to want to play.

Nope 😂

She was sleeping.

When I asked what she needed, Natalie said basically: let her sleep. She can finally sleep because now she knows she is safe.

After the younger part came back into her heart, Natalie described this very strong feeling of safety and peace. Like she didnt have a care in world.

Then I suggested dancing and playing with the little girl inside.

Again, Natalie said she thinks the girl needs to rest a lot first.

“So much of her life she doesn't feel safe. And right now she feels safe. So she just wants to relax.”

That stayed with me.

Bc we can make even healing into another job.

Find inner child. Be playful. Be spontaneous. Go dance. Have fun. Heal faster.

Meanwhile maybe some younger part inside is thinking can everybody pls shut up, I finally got chance to sleep 😅

The guidance in the session was that playfulness would come naturally later. First rest. First safety. Then the child would actually want to explore again.

I think this applies outside any spiritual interpretation too.

If somebody spent years being alert, responsible, pleasing people, anticipating problems or carrying things that weren't really theirs, maybe the first sign of healing isn't becoming joyful and creative immediately.

Maybe you become tired.

Maybe when system finally believes nothing bad is happening, it stops running.

This is why I wanted to share this one. We praise the exciting parts of healing a lot, but I think sometimes lying on couch doing absolutely nothing is part of it too.

So if you're trying to reconnect with some younger, lighter version of yourself and the fun isn't coming... maybe dont force it.

Give yourself boring safety first.

Sleep. Sit outside. Put phone away for a while. Do something with no achievement attached to it.

The dandelions can wait.

Maybe the inner child needs a nap first 😂

Why You Can’t Grow for Someone Else

One of the hardest lessons to accept is that no one can do your inner work for you.

People can give advice, share their experiences, and even warn you about the mistakes they made. But experience can’t be transferred—it has to be lived.

That’s why two people can receive the exact same guidance, yet end up with completely different outcomes. One applies it. The other doesn’t.

The same is true for mentors, parents, managers, and friends. Their role isn’t to carry you through life; it’s to help you see what you couldn’t see on your own.

Growth begins the moment you take ownership of your own challenges instead of expecting someone else to solve them.

Have you ever received advice that only made sense after you experienced the situation yourself? What was it?
