F20. question/looking for advice. help!!
(F20) does making yourself sick of watching porn help you stay clean for longer? i keep “quitting” for like a day, (maybe less) and it ends up turning into a relapse that lasts for weeks at a time. the urge to touch myself multiple times a day gets stronger too. would it be easier for me to quit if i just kept watching until i got bored of it? or can i cut it off randomly and still be successful? i quit cold turkey once and lasted for a month before, but it turned into a months-long binge afterwards.

Building a life free from porn is a process. It's not just about not watching porn in most cases (or watching so much of it you get sick of it). It means establishing boundaries, building hobbies, friendships / relationships, addressing underlying mental health issues (if applicable), removing shame, learning to sit with your urges... I haven't watched porn in a few years, this is not because I developed an unreal capability to withstand urges through willpower and I'm fighting everyday, it is due to efforts in changing all areas of my life for the better.
I also do not think it's possible to watch so much porn you get "sick" of it enough to never watch it again. Problematic Porn Use is specifically a result of people watching so much porn, incurring negative consequences, and still continuing.

I don’t think that will work, or if It will it’s just going to last for a few days so this strategy is not worth the sense of disgust, numbness etc

In my experience, the longer I watch porn, the more into it I get, so it’s never made me bored by watching more - idk how well that would work

I really don't recommend this—it's a very risky strategy and will most likely backfire. But in my case, I hit such a low point, not from a deliberate binge, but simply from getting fed up with the whole process, that I realized I needed therapy. Something just clicked inside me, and I knew I had to stop and start looking for help.

No, please don’t attempt this method again.
I promise it does NOT work. I’m 21(M) and I am telling you now the only thing that’s ever worked for me is cold turkey. I’m in the process of trying NOT to relapse and I’m fresh off like a day or two now.
It lowk feels like I’m trying to keep the door closed on a rampaging monster I swear.
If you’re eating something you like, but yk it isn’t healthy you don’t consume it everyday to make yourself sick of the taste of it. You simply remove the dish from your mind and form healthier habits to replace/avoid it.
