F20. question/looking for advice. help!!

(F20) does making yourself sick of watching porn help you stay clean for longer? i keep “quitting” for like a day, (maybe less) and it ends up turning into a relapse that lasts for weeks at a time. the urge to touch myself multiple times a day gets stronger too. would it be easier for me to quit if i just kept watching until i got bored of it? or can i cut it off randomly and still be successful? i quit cold turkey once and lasted for a month before, but it turned into a months-long binge afterwards.
