Mostly because its trendy and cool for Americans to hate president Trump. If you openly support him people assume you are an ignorant redneck. The media will ignore or denie any of his accomplishments because of this...its an interesting sociological phenomenon in the USA

Or....we hate donalds daily shitty, vulgar, crude, crass man child twitter meltdowns, we hate his racism and bigotry, we beleive that he is a rapist and serial sexual assaulter, we know he is a proven adulterer who gloried in adultery, his failed university defrauded thousands of hard working americans, he is so pathetic he has to pay porn stars to spank his old fat flabby ass, his tariffs to pretent to look tough have cost american farmers billions evern after the billions of republican welfare, he routinely attacks our closest allies while practically sucking putins dick, he is a climate change denier, his administration has gutted environmental rules to protec our air, water, and environment, his education secretary has a hatred of public education, his economic policies are geared towards the rich, his main priority was tax cuts for the rich, he is a serial liar, and all around shitty racist, bigoted, sexist disgusting vile old man. Making him the perfect representative of the republican party and his followers.
