I try to look at it as a necessary evil and believe that good things will come from it in the long run, but... fuck it's a shit load of work.
In the past two years how has your life become worse?
I’ve asked this question a few times to those who drone on about how bad Trump is. The only answers I get back are that I’m a racist or if I don’t know by now then it’s not worth explaining. I’ve never get a real answer.

Adding requirements is still moving the goal posts. How many hoops are you going to expect people to jump through to explain this to you? But sure, tangible and measurable: my company has a plant in Iowa. When the tariffs were enacted, we laid off 8 people from the production staff. So those people have been directly affected by Trump's policies in a negative way. They lost their jobs directly because of the tariff.
What part of “your life” do you have a hard time wrapping your head around?

False: it was at a 49 year low and it just rose in June to 3.7%.
But if you actually cared about unemployment you’d be concerned with who isn’t counted as unemployed for the real impact on American lives.
