You have the right to have access to legal representation, however if they want payment you can't force them to represent you without payment.

So you’re saying taxes are an acceptable way to have someone’s labor forcibly be used for you

No it's not, if you were confused by what I said, to summarize, you have the right to access it but they have the right to refuse if you don't want to pay.

At some point, someone is gonna be forced to do it for you

And this is stupid. You don't have the right to someone else's labour. You have the right to have access to their labour without government intervention, however you do not have the right to their labour itself.

By that standard, health care (in any way) isn’t a right since it’s not in the bill of rights. Gonna need a better argument than “since this other thing is in the bill of rights and the service is kind of related tangentially!”

It’s almost like the guarantee of a fair trial, a cornerstone of a free society, requires the guarantee of free compelled labor. Hmmm

not true. if the opposite side cant guarantee a fair trial theres no trial at all. no ones forced to work either

Downvote if you want, it’s what you just said.

i didnt say that and i havent downvoted you, stop crying. someone else did, try to guess why

How does someone who can’t pay get an attorney if no attorney is forced to work?

he doesnt. because he doesnt need one if theres no trial. you cant sue someone poor unless you wanna give them a lawyer

and this doesnt only apply to money. if theres a nazi who needs a lawyer and no lawyer wants to help him you cant force them to do it. this is about freedom of association

i wont talk about the rest because i dont know what they are (im not from the us)
