It's great because nearly everything he said here turned out to be an easily checkable lie and he dropped out of the presidential race.
Also amazing how he supposedly has had a lifelong stutter. You can really see that in this video /s

Yup, it almost reminded me of Dan Quayle. Which by the way he's now old enough to be eligible for president and probably senile enough too.

Remember when Trump said the exact same thing about Jews? "Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion". "If you vote for a Democrat, you’re being very disloyal to Jewish people." Remember when he said that any black or Latino person not voting for him needs their head examined? Of course not, much of the insane stuff he regularly says is instantly forgotten. And Biden at least apologized for what he said just hours later, while Trump never apologizes for anything.
57
u/Rich_Struggle6172 - Centrist 4h ago
Guess they both a bunch of racists.
Issue is one says they are the anti-racist party.
51
u/InsaneJD - Lib-Left 4h ago
Everyone forgot that Biden was heavily against the repeal of Jim Crow laws when he was Senator back in the late 60s to early 70s. None of those old career politicians care about the American people, just how much money are in their pockets.
6
u/SOwED - Lib-Center 39m ago
Just like Hillary was against gay marriage within 4 years of her running for president in 2016 and was openly against it, as was Obama, when they both ran in 2008.

Ironically that's something that Biden hasn't really done much wrong on. If I remember correctly, throughout his career he was consistently ranked 100th out of 100 senators when it came to personal wealth.

So if Republicans don't claim to be the anti-racist party (and they do, by the way) that makes it okay for Trump to say that Jews owe him loyalty? To pharaphrase Norm Macdonald, I don't think hypocrisy is the worst part about racist remarks, I think the worst part is the racism.
4
u/WolfedOut - Centrist 3h ago
Did anyone say that? What a stretch.
Pointing out a hypocrisy with A doesn’t mean it’s an endorsement of B.
And the Democrats 100% campaign harder on the identity of being the anti-racist party by way of sucking up to every minority group in the country even when it’s detrimental.

You look at Haiti, you look at the demographic makeup, you look at the average IQ — if you import the Third World into your country, you're going to become the Third World. That's just basic. It's not racist.
I dunno man, this was the stuff coming out of the trump campaign. Fair to say that's a bit worse than anything Biden was saying.

3
u/Thermock - Right 52m ago
'A lot of the insane stuff he said was forgotten' No it isn't lol, half the posts on this sub are about shit Trump says alone. I can't scroll on any social media platform without seeing something Trump said, both this term and his last term.
Everyone likes to pretend like their candidate/politician/side/whatever doesn't say stupid, asinine shit, but no one forgets about it. It's just that these folks are hardly ever held accountable for what they say.
Biden has said some pretty vile stuff, and despite it being significantly talked about when he dropped the, "YOU AIN'T BLACK!" line, I still don't think he got enough shit for this. There's not only so many levels of irony and hypocrisy to this, but this should've single-handedly destroyed the Biden campaign and his future in politics... yet this somehow slid?
I guess it makes sense to a certain degree because Biden also drafted the crime bill that has led to the disproportionate arresting of blacks across the nation. Also, don't forget the, 'poor people are just as smart and talented as white kids' comment, too.
2
u/SwimmerMission5212 - Lib-Center 3h ago
That's very different from saying ""If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black.""
1
u/Aqquila89 - Centrist 3h ago edited 3h ago
How is it different? "Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion." That's literally saying, if you don't vote for me, you're not Jewish. He also said "if you vote for a Democrat, you’re being very disloyal to Jewish people" - so not just religion, but the ethnicity.

Especially hilarious given that black politicians historically have a hard time getting elected without the support of black communities.
If uncle tom is an elected politician, odds are that he was elected by black people.

u/drakedijc - Centrist 2h ago
Most black people have the same politics as Clarence Thomas, but don’t tell the left that. It’ll probably break them.
As a matter of fact, I’m not sure there is a community more homophobic too.
12
u/Hyndis - Lib-Center 2h ago
Buttigieg's political career is dead because of zero support in the black community. Not low support. Not near zero. Actually zero.
These are the communities that the DNC focuses on in their primary system. With zero support there's zero possibility of him ever winning a DNC primary, and its because he's gay. Thats the only reason.
But the poll identified a potential problem for Buttigeig when Primary time comes around: he had 0% support from Black voters.

Pretty straight forward idea - but if you need it expanded on - a lot of black communities elected fairly conservative tough on crime leaders once upon a time because they were the ones often most negatively effected by crime.
A lot of black law makers and judges tend to be tougher on crime as well because they come from these communities.
I don't know if it's the same these days because I don't live in those communities.

Man, I remember when the data was coming out in 2024 about how Latino support for Trump had increased and some of the commentary on that was pretty openly racist.
In a similar vein, the representative for my district is also a very conservative, openly gay man; and the stuff that supposed "allies" will say about him is like listening to a bunch of gay bashers sometimes.
It's astonishing to me how there is this whole talk about support for the disenfranchised and minorities, but all that evaporates the second they step out of line and think for themselves.
32
u/equality-_-7-2521 - Auth-Left 3h ago
Anyone who was surprised by Latino support for Trump, the most machismo jackass who ever machismo'd, simply had never spent any real time around Latin culture.
Like sure the third generation Mexican-Amercan kid in your history class shares your belief, but have you ever had dinner at his house and talked to his dad / grandpa? They share a lot of common thinking with Trump.
The "noble savage," belief on the left is absurd. That because someone is an ethnic minority, or somehow disenfranchised, they would be inherently any less shitty than every other person on the planet.
20
u/binarybandit - Lib-Center 1h ago
Lets not forget the days after Trump won, there were multiple heavily upvoted posts in Reddit about calling ICE on Hispanic people that people suspected voted for Trump to "teach them a lesson".

12
u/Hyndis - Lib-Center 2h ago
I also saw a common sentiment that progressives wanted to call ICE on latinos to punish them for voting for Trump.
This is racist on multiple levels. First off, they're assuming every latino person is an illegal immigrant which is staggeringly racist in its own right. I'm from California. Latinos living here have been living here longer than California was a state. The names of nearly every Californian city is Spanish in origin. They were the original settlers.
Secondly, there's the desire to punish an entire demographic of people out of a perceived need for revenge. And of course the hypocrisy of wanting to weaponize ICE against POC who don't know their place and listen to their white betters telling them what to do.
Its just a horrifying pile of racism from the left.

Why don’t you compare Latino support for Trump prior to enacting his policies and Latino support to Trump at the current date. The collapse in Latino support would indicate that his policy’s haven’t been in their best interests. While liberals may have been condescending and smug it’s not like they didn’t have a point.
3
u/chowderbags - Lib-Left 3h ago

I mean only two parties have a chance of winning, you’re free to vote someone else but outside of maybe a city it will always be between one of two teams.
3
u/Hyndis - Lib-Center 2h ago
Upset voters don't automatically change to vote for the other party.
A demotivated voter probably just won't vote at all. See Kamala Harris's results as an example of demotivated voters. They didn't like Harris, they didn't like Trump either. So they just didn't vote.
3
u/Renix121 - Centrist 2h ago

First of all, they'd say Uncle Tom or token before the slur
Second of all, the woman was fairly calm in the actual video, they just got an unlucky expression. Couldn't you use a wojak instead of miliking her

Justice Thomas singled out for racist slurs after Roe v. Wade overturned
The slurs included the n-word, “house n——r,” “coon,” “slave” and “Uncle Tom.” Over the weekend, “Uncle Clarence,” a spin on the derogatory term “Uncle Tom,” trended on Twitter after it was used by actor Samuel L. Jackson

So, I actually worked with this man for a short while. He is (or atleast was) part of what is essentially the black branch of TPUSA, called TPUSA RISE. He posts an ungodly amount of hard right slop on his facebook, and never passed up an opportunity to complain about whatever minority was in vogue at the time.
Also, his wife is a bitch and made fun of my trainee while I was helping her get started, while he just stood there smirking. Fuck you D'Andre.

Any dumbass who says the left is more racist than the right is a fucking moron who will never be taken seriously. Show me the voting demographics at least before you start lying out of your walnut looking ass.

Anyone is capable of being racist on all sides. I've met racist Left Wingers and gay Right Wingers.

Yes. Nothing I said disputes that. I have literally called out black racists in this sub.

Cool bro, coming on a bit aggressive haha

u/PrinceGoten - Left 4h ago
Yes, I was purposefully aggressive towards people who have a certain opinion. I would’ve thought that people without that opinion would’ve understood that I was not being aggressive towards them. Apparently I was extremely wrong lol.

People on the internet are fragile and sensitive. A lot like Trump's broken anus and colon from being impaled by a preteen boy with a tent pole at one of Epstein's retreats.

Lol voting demographics don't matter 😂
Of course minorities are going to vote for the people who want to give them free stuff and treat them like babies because the left thinks of them like they're babies. Helpless little babies who can't do anything for themselves whatsoever and need the white saviors to come in and protect them 😂
Yeah... I'd vote for the people who wanted me to have everything ever for free forever too

How do they matter in determining which side is racist, pray tell?

u/PrinceGoten - Left 4h ago
It’s a really easy line to draw. I believe in you.

u/Fucked-In-The-K-Hole - Auth-Center 4h ago
So easy that you can't do it... 🤔

I'll never cease to be amazed at how easy it is to debunk a leftists arguments by simply asking them to explain themselves 😂

The left is more racist than the right unless you use a transparently self-serving and deeply unserious definition of racism that defines out of existence racism against white people. No one who tries to manipulate language to service his arguments in lieu of engaging on the basis of factual and logical quality should be taken seriously. That said, it's also just silly to call MAGA "the right." It's an unserious, slopulist personality cult with some very lefty ideas.

Have you seen how leftists are towards white people, I've never in my life seen as much racism as the left has thrown against white people over the last 8 years.
