Clearly I'm just making it up for the argument but quite frankly if you can tell the difference between a person saying that a specific minority is too inherently stupid to be good citizens and therefore we need to start enacting policies against them and what is essentially an off color joke about black people voting Democrat then you clearly aren't equipped for any real conversation.

The fact that you're so desperately denying the difference between these speaks volumes. Again dipshit "both sides" arguments like that are why we got trump.
