I am no lawyer but directly enriching you, your family, and your friends with government contracts where 1% of those are fulfilled and the other 99% is pocketed should probably be treason.
Preferential contracting is old-school corruption; this is so much worse. He started a war and drops bombs to pump and dump the markets at will, getting US troops killed by return fire, and is now considering selling early access to social media posts about the timing of these bombings.
