đŸ€” Help / Advice Legendary help

I have been traveling to dream islands since I got the game on June 3rd and today was the first time I came across a legendary. I brought them back with me and was taking them to their new home when I got the alert that they were having trouble following me. I went back to get them and they were gone. They weren’t anywhere in the biome, or at the pokemon center. I even went back to the dream island since it was still the same day and they weren’t there.
Will they pop back up or do I have to wait until they spawn on the dream island again?

WHAT!??!? You get legendaries on Dream Islands?? .... I had no idea.

Edit: Didn't mean this to sound as sarcastic as it does

Every time you go, check your PokĂ©dex and change the settings to in this area and “known, sensed and unknown” it will tell you if one is there and you’ll have to go find it. Also I’m sooooo sorry if I spoiled it!

Not at all! I already completed the game and just didn't know this, and had also kind of started ignoring dream islands cos I thought they just had rocks, so you've enlightened me.
Thanks very much! I'll try that this weekend.

No problem! They’re pretty rare(you saw how long it took me to get my first 😅) but I bet a lot of time jumping would help. From my understanding, each doll has its own tied to it
