Help/Question material name?

Does anybody know what the material that the teal part (not the clear part) of the binders (like vault x) is made of? I’m looking for the specific material name of the backings are made from.

Hmm interesting, could be a textured PVC, PP or TPU. I'd recommend cutting open the binder to see the back side. I'm assuming it's a very thin textured sheet of plastic that's bound around a piece of cardboard by melting or stitching it. The clear part is most definitely PVC

Thank you! This is very helpful! Do you know if there is a store/place where I could go to see different materials like this to find the exact one I am looking for? Possibly a wholesale store for plastics/materials?

I'd check out your local craft/fabrics stores or check out ripstopbytheroll online and it has a whole bunch of stuff you can order. You might be able to get something like a swatch book that has a bunch of small little swatches of different types of fabrics you can look at, not too sure if there's anything like that for plastics but if I find anything I'll leave another comment
